Rosetta's new album drops at midnight EST so in anticipation, here's how you do "in the style of" cover songs.

You know what gigs, those aren't bad. You need a bass line and an electro or ethereal backing, tone down the main beat a little and bam. I like the minor accompaniments a lot.

Have you tried to do anything more chilled out?
Telepathy is not mind reading. It is the direct linking... ...of nervous systems... ...separated by space.

It seems that when French guys make House/Disco music, the results generally turn out pretty good. "Baby I'm Yours" by Breakbot is no exception.

New Man Man album next Tuesday.

Yearrrrrrrs ago they always used to excuse the couple of catchy tunes per album as being too poppy (goddamn hipsters), but it's what they did best. It's also good to see them mash together a few genres and gain popularity.

I am very much fucking loving the new NIN album. Best since The Fragile in my opinion.

This track in particular is great. Adrian Belew's guitar riff is just perfect:

Heh, interesting. I'm finding Hesitation Marks to be a bit flat, personally. Saying that, 'a bit flat' when it comes to NIN still is miles better than half the dross out there.

Nevertheless, I think I prefer How to Destroy Angels' Welcome Oblivion with regards to Trent Reznor's albums this year.
