actually Aspirin, if you meant from that first roof, well it was a bit more involved than that, what with needing to double rope arrow past that gap and all! lol - thanx tho!

yes Tannar, and thanx a mundo!

    now:
that lever under the desk in the room with Grenveld's letter about the statue room and the new door, i heard it open something but don't see what or where!

When I pulled the lever, I traveled over to the adjacent window and frobbed the book switch on the bookshelf. Then I went back to the first room with the desk and looked up. .

    ah - oki -

i dint even know there was a "book switch" in that other room!

(you do mean the other room where you have to hop onto the stone ledge on same side as the window of that room?)

tricksy arse rich people! TWO secret switches for one area!
(i take it that the lever just "enables" the book?)

I think the lever probably does enable the book switch. .I didn't enter that room before pulling the lever, so I don't know what it looked like then, but I just figure if you come across a switch in Thief--any switch, just pull it and see what happens. You're bound to find some open door to somewhere if you look hard enough.

    um,

am i supposed to jump to the big roof straight across from the 2 noble's balconey before i go into the jewlers place?
(in other words - do i have to reload the save before i took the slow fall onto his balconey? lol)

I don't think so. You can go back without problem. You only need rope arrow.

    yeah -

    i see that now! lol!

only thing i am really in the dark on is what exactly i am supposed to "pass on" to Lt. Horsley?
(whenever i find his place that is!)

EDIT!: nvm, it's already there! lol!
(Lt. Garrett, Homicide Div.!!!!!! LOL A LOL LOL!!!!!!)
((tho i woulda had G in "Taffing" Div.!!!))

I think you'll know when you find it.

That is, assuming you've already found the murderer's hideout?

Clue: Check the walls of the apartment complex building for an open window higher up. Not far from the Pagans home is the home of the 'dark magician' he has what you need.

Despite the info in the topic I cannot seem to find the scroll of gras.

Also, how do I pass the info to lt. Horsley?

    [All great missions btw]

Scroll - Get into the museum, search for the room with the paintings on the second floor, search for a lever, and go to the top floor of the library. The scroll is on a table.

Information - her apartment is in the building across the telescope balcony. 'Read' the book on the table.

Made me laugh out load on that one!!
I must of done something similar by accident. I KO'ed everyone on the streets in the first section. I did some backtracking and he was by the lamp post just below his original perch staring at the wall. Easy pocket pick'en and another KO. I wish I could have gotten that guy in the first mission.

I had to adjust my brightness to see the ladder. As much as a pain some of the jumps are in this mission. It is great fun.
