What did you find in the armory? Use it to see something that's hidden

Ahh, ok. Understood now - just needed you to be a little less vague.

This will be the first time I've actually used scouting orbs in probably... years. I guess that's why I completely overlooked them in my items list.

    Makes sense, obviously.

Benny's got the key. He's lying in a cell; the cell key's not far away

Finished the mission. Great atmosphere (probably the most soul crushingly bleak portrayal of a torture dungeon in thief yet!) but a little difficult to find some of the hidden switches and what to do next. Overall though a fun (and frightening!) mission.

I am stuck in the same place trying to get in the armory. I have searched everywhere and leaned in every window. No cell key anywhere. I think the design idea to have the mechs upstairs alert status way above normal, and we have to solve some unknown obscure puzzle without hints is terribe design. There should atleast be a note saying don't alert the guards up there or your screwed. Any help appreciated!

Finished. What a great mission. Loved the new elements like the mask and the clove. Some hard to find lever but we should be used to that by now, 10 years of playing thief. I say as others her that I didnīt think of using the scouting orb at first, never use it in missions, but if there ever was a time to use it this was it. The use of black and white in the torture part was genius, creepy and scary. Over all a good mission

I am glad you finished the mission but how about a little help? Where is the cell key so I can get the the armory key?

The cell key is in the room with the controls to the gates. I want to know how to get the key off Torquemada by means of the puzzle.

Who? I checked all guards. There are only 2 keys.....both on the hips of torturers upstairs in that area. I thought there was an obscure puzzle to get those keys?

It was lovely meeting you and Marisa and talking about Thief. Since then, I ve played all your fms again and somehow putting a face to the author makes it even better

Thank you for this and I'll be playing it on Monday while pretending that I'm proofreading

Which cell has Benny? I've searched all the cells and found nothing. Is there a certain event that triggers it? I already read the guard note. Also, what does that switch in the wall safe do in the captain's office?

    Thanks.

Dimera, you need to make sure you read everything carefully. The switch opens a door at the very end of the hallway in the basement. You'll find Benny in that section.

There are two small switches in this mission. Each one comes with a clue: one in the chest downstairs, one in the clerk's wastebasket upstairs.
