The Unwritten Times. The City grew restless, fearful, suspicious. Balance was lost. A power vacuum created. And nature abhors a vacuum. Without the Keepers' guiding hand the City was lost in the grasp of thugs and tyrants. And that unlikely alines of low villainy and high corruption - the Cabal...

After nearly five years of work, we, the Flesheaters, are happy (and proud) to announce the release of the first of four missions of "The Cabal". The story takes place shortly after the happenings of TDS and contains a lot of dark secrets, just like we all love it. So without spoiling any further details on the story, we would just like to say one more thing: Enjoy!

FAQ: Where are new arrows and quest objects?

Custom weapons and items don't appear in the classic inventory in main menu and don't react at quick keys.

The funniest way to play this mission is to steal all weapons from the armed NPCs. After that just watch them running in panic when they see you. I personally prefer to chase and beat them with the blackjack after that. Am I too cruel?

Does anyone know how I can change the default language settings without reinstalling the game?

File DEFAULT.INI in game's main folder, in sub-folder "System". Open it and find:

1) group "[Conversations]", row "Language=".

2) group "[Locale]", rows "Language=" and "AudioLanguage=".

Set all these rows to the language that you need.

But notice that if your language is not supported by your game's install, this method won't work for you. For example, Russian doesn't work without Russian localisation from the Dark Fate Team.

I have just started playing this mission and it is fantastic: There are lots of large levels, great graphics, new functionality and in general new things in the mission that I have not seen in any other mission for TDS. It has been produced to such a high professional standard it feels like I have just installed a completely new game on my P.C. Thank you to everyone involved in producing this new mission; It must of taken a huge amount of time. I am going to enjoy playing this over the next week.

Hello all I seem to be having a crashing problem as soon as I get through the door down by the boats where I need to find some oars. The error message just says that T3.exe has a problem and needs to shut down. Any ideas is there a patched t3.exe? I have played with no problems up untill this point want to finish!!

pwl - t3 does this from time to time, reboot yer pc and try aagain, otherwise you might have a corrupt save game (which is another thing t3 does from time to time)

That intro movie was 1st class Tiens, as the saying goes 'an oldie can teach use youngster's a thing or too..' You have done quite well to work around T3 many annoyances, got a question though.
