That link only take you to a generic Google Drive page, not to a download.

Strange - works from my phone as well as my computer with different google accounts. Does it ask you to log in or do you get a completely generic page?

this is what you should see on the google share:

if you don't, something is wrong (obscure browser?)..

1.09 is up. some tiny texture fixes as usual, but that's not all - I'm happy to announce that a bunch of capable taffers (Stan_The_Thief, antimatter_16 and others) have started to work on the missions, fixing everything that is broken in some way (object and texture placement, missing dialogues, incorrect sounds etc). the first two fixed missions (training and Bafford's) are included in TFix1.09 (they are installed automatically). I will update TFix again as soon as I receive new ones.

That's really cool, as long as it stays in line with LGS' original vision of the game. Something similar for Thief 2 has to be done, bugs or broken content even appear from the beginning of mission 1

This is great, it worked like a charm for me, amazing!

    mirror for v1.10:
    TFix_1.10.7z

(link is good, but if you use Firefox you may need to right-click and "Save Link As..." to get the file)
(If future versions could just be a standard zip file that would work better for quite a few people out there)

    optional ZIP version (same contents):
    TFix_1.10.zip

Awesome work! Thank you so much for this! I was wondering however, can I update to version 1.09 over 1.08 safely? Future versions as well? I'm always worried to screw up my installation folder.

    Thank You!

yes that should work fine, as long as you use the same combination of mods. if you want to be 100% sure, just delete the "mods" folder (directly in your thief folder), and "ddfix" folder (under "RES") before installing 1.09. deleting those two folders basically equals uninstallation.

I have Thief Gold GoG.com version. As it is, but with widescreen patch and it runs fine. TGFix 1.09, however, screws things up. Game is brighter (gamma upped), cutscenes seem more pixelated (perhaps it comes from the brightness) and it crashes when launching mission.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

There is a problem with the german version.

If you use the patcher it changes "language german" in the install.cfg to "language english". Because of this the game crashes if you donīt change the line back to german.

Can you fix this for the next version?
