This campaign is composed by five missions. It is the continuation from my old mission "Emilie Victor", but it isn't necessary to have played it to understand The Black Frog campaign.

Oh dear. Thief is crashing to desktop before I can start mission 1. I select continue after picking Expert difficulty mode, then it crashes. I don't think I have Schwaa_T2UpgradePack installed. Could this be a video issue?

Did you try to launch the mission in normal or easy mode?
My beta-tester and me hadn't the problem. Have you a pack installed on your Thief install?
I'm afraid to not be a help for you. I am not strong in the technical problems
