Stuck in mission two "Chase merchantile" where can i find the key vault 2?

Vault Key 2 :
is in Chase's vault, there's a button in his desk, then you'll need to do something with a statue to open the vault...

I've just finished the first mission on Medium. Despite chucking everything that didn't immediately go into my loot tally out of the master bedroom window, and despite finding the stash behind the painting in the manager's office, I'm still over 8K short of the loot total. Where is it all??!!

Color me blind but for the life of me, I cannot locate Chase's vault or office or whatever it's called. I'm also missing the entrance. WTH is wrong with me? Can I exit the bank and find it from the outside?
