    In such case he must add it because it's a texture from fam.crf that Thief won't read because it's an object and Thief will look for it in obj.crf instead unlike a replace texture.

    Oh, well yes in that case you're right. I assumed iron.gif was in obj.crf as well.

    Like i said there is no iron.gif in thief 2 obj textures. just iron2.gif in the txt folder.

    Yeah, Cardia is right; the iron.gif I was refering about is the one in fam/newmetal. Sorry I wasn't precise enough "

    Anyway the object must be up to date now, I corrected my mistake days ago.

    Cardia's right about including the iron.gif not being included with the object but didn't mention anything about what was or wasn't in the txt folder or iron2.gif until his last post. Anyway I know how easy it is to have thousands of custom textures or T1 texture and forget that a texture used wasn't stock T2.

    just wanted to thank Squadarofl for having all the work in uploading many objects to thief object thief repository, those objects are being useful for my new project, once i finish my new mission i can also help again by uploading objects to that site.

    I've been wondering for a while since there's this "audio/sound" tag, would any of you being interested in sound packs (from artists such as Sephy, Shadow Sneaker or Loanstar) or shall we keep this repository objects-only ?

    I think it should remain objects only. If new sounds come with an object (like a new AI) that's fine, but having standalone sounds (or packs) might just add complexity.

    Strange. I used ObjectZipper. I'll fix it later.

    When looking in the bin file I see there's no file extension specified for the dust texture. Object Zipper depends on that. Also, the folder structure of the zip file is incorrect.

    However when adding your object in dromed the ashes are displayed with jorge texture:

    Pick any texture. Rename it dust and see if the bin file wants it.

    Zappenduster wanted me to either rename all the .zip containing his objects in german ASAP or delete them all from the repository (whatever... ).
    Since I don't really have the time right now to cater to his special needs, I had to delete them all.

    I'm not disputing that the texture isn't there. I was explaining to Soul Tear why Object Zipper didn't find it.
