    THE DROP!

    Pretty fun FM. Hard part is jumping from ladder to ladder. Sneaking near ghost is easy. I really had no problem with this one.

    HALF-BLIND

    This mission is random, There are fights involved. Grab everything. Single guard is friendly. Servants aren't. Grab sword from first servant and go right. Enter Mechanist Church. Big bot starts killing others. He's friendly, but first Mechanist will stay near entrance. Grab flash bombs from chest and leave. You will probably need to wait for Mechanist near entrance to calm down.

    Go on the other side of the city. Be careful of woman servant. Go to ruined building. This room is the worst. Bunch of guards fighting few Haunts and basketball bouncing around. Basketball can alert guards, it also can kill them. For me only 2 guards stayed alive. I had luck and basketball alerted one of them and he left to left room. I went right.

    On both sides of basketball room is small room with 5 water arrows. You absolutely need all 10. Go to Cemetery and douse 2 torches. Go to crypt. Grab water and gas arrows from table. Choose single zombie woman first. Keeper must die. If you shoot him with broadhead arrow, objective gets completed, but he will go into search mode and also later into hunt mode. He doesn't attack you though, but he's running after you. That's annoying. No, use gas arrow, grab his body, drop him and kill with sword.

    Return and choose zombie path. You will need to douse 2 torches in room with 2 zombies. Don't douse third torch from next corridor. In the last room douse all torches on the left side and one torch on right side of the table with the Eye. Go along left wall and grab Eye. Now return all the way to basketball room. Guards should calm down now. Douse 2 torches and run to street. Mission completed.

    HAMMERITE HIDEOUT

    Another fun Crap Contest mission. Here some enemies sound is muted, so it's hard to figure out if I first alerted them or not. Also red key from shrine is completely useless.

    In order to get loot from chest in the shrine you need to grab fire arrows to make room slightly darker. This loot (200) must be skipped for supreme.

    HAVING REGRETS

    This mission is difficult and also tedious. You need to return one item at the time to another house. But that's not really true. First item is nugget, but you can also return purse and spice. Nobles first alert to you when you open their door. On expert is a twist - zombies patrol the streets and they aren't friendly to nobles. That's the problem.

    At the very beginning grab nugget and leave house. Go as quickly as possible to open first house. Otherwise later 2 zombies will notice noble and will stay there forever. Open door and go to next house. Open door again and hide in shadow. Wait for first noble to run away from house and return to 1st house. Open chest to complete purse objective.

    Go back to 2nd house. Right path leads to 3rd house. Ignore it. Choose straight path. If there is zombie stuck on barrel - go back to 1st house, then come back. You need to move this barrel more to the middle of street. It's possible there is woman body from 3rd house. It contains Christine key and you need it. Go forward to 4th house.

    Unfortunately the key to 4th house is in possession of another noble. Look for him. Then return there and complete spice objective. I returned to 2nd house, grabbed invisible potion and opened chest. This completed tapestry objective. I returned home for speed potion. Then I went to 5th house.

    This is where the mission gets complicated. There is 2nd barrel to move. It's stuck on rat, so it can make noise and second alert zombies. Zombie also got stuck on it. I used invisible potion and moved it from the other way. I ignored 5th house and run forward. There is 3rd barrel to push. You don't have another invisible potion and there is a lot of traffic here. I used speed potion to move barrel, hide in shadow and then move barrel more to the middle. I went to 6th house and opened door.

    Then I went to 5th house and completed nugget objective. And here is a ghost bust. One of patrolling zombies got stuck on lamppost and stopped moving. There was one more stuck zombie on it, but he wasn't reacting on me. Patrolling zombie stuck on lamppost spot me and went into hunt mode. He couldn't move though. I passed him and he got unstuck and went into search mode. That's really unfortunate. And yes, in this mission is many more standing zombies. Some react to you, some don't. This is annoying.

    I went back to 3rd house, passed frozen zombie that first alerted to me. Used Christine key and complete ring objective. Time to go back to 6th house. Luckily zombie from lamppost got unstuck, so maybe I will manage to avoid more ghost busts.

    Looks like zombie with lantern decided to fight with spiders, so I easily managed to 6th house. But noble inside turns in random position for random amount of time. Just observe him through window and when he watches wall on the left - enter and use chest to complete urn objective. Time to return home and finish this chaotic mission.

    Ghost aborted. Reason for that is you get first ghost bust at the starting point - servant spot you and run away. You need to kill all servants. All guards must survive and unfortunately they run to water or black hole and they die, which fails this mission. This mission have the biggest loot counter so far: 319684453 loot. It's impossible to get all loot either, because there is objective of not getting more than 4300 loot.

    In this mission you need to kill/KO all servants walking very high above huge hole. Shooting them second alert other servants. They don't react to you. Shoot them until they decide to run to you and drop from higher platform. Then just KO them.

    This one is bigger. I didn't have too much trouble with getting loot. I got first alert from guard with a key. In Ghost Train is one of Haunts to kill. You trigger him by activating woman's cry. Unfortunately it also second alert him. That's a ghost bust. Wait for him to calm down and strike him with a sword. Then go to sewers. I used fire arrows to kill 2 Haunts. Easy.

    3. BESTEST FM 3: IN A LINK OF AN EYE

    This one is the hardest so far. Take equipment from a chest. You need to kill/KO 9 Mechanists. They are on giant chain. Going there took me 2 min. Go to Mechanists. Jump+ mantle on chain platform under them. Use crates to climb up and mantle on higher platform. This is the hardest part. Sometimes game will glitch and crates will not spawn. You will be forced to return to previous save. Sneak to Mechanist and KO him. Do it 4 more times. Except 5th Mechanist require you do strafe crouch run+mantle to platform under him. No jumping, because he will spot you.

    This ends the ghosting. Last 4 Mechanists can't be ghosted. There is no shadow either, no platform to jump under them. Just run through them. Last one must be killed with blackjack. Then backtrack to previous Mechanists and KO them.

    4. BESTEST FM 4: WISHY WASHY!

    GHOST

    There is lever under stairs. This complete first objective, but using lever again incomplete it. For loot you can use crates. For upstairs fireplace - 3 crates, for ground floor fireplace - 2, for loot above entrance - 1. Place crate on lamp, mantle on it, open door, mantle on it and get this loot. Leave 2 chests with 100 loot each for the end.

    SUPREME GHOST

    For supreme you can't use lever. Instead you need to throw all people into swimming pool. They don't react to noise you do (jumping), but they react to objects (dropping crates or opening door). Just drop them between columns in front of door, open door and bring them outside. Then throw them into pool. Be careful - sometimes big fish can capture you or threw body on a ride. The rest of the mission is easier, because you can throw crates to move them quickly. After getting loot from high places return crates to it's places and get last 200 loot from chests upstairs.

    10 mission campaign where loading saves doesn't work. Luckily missions are very short. You can't also change difficulty, game automatically bring you to Normal. But overall is very fun. Which is weird considering that this is Total Crap Contest winner.

    6 doors mission. Open second door, guard will first alert, steal key, open locked door, open second locked door with your lockpicks and grab urn. That's all.

    Target practice where you are a target. Only one archer trying to shoot you, rest of the guards don't react to you. There is a goblet on table. In order to get it you need to keep jumping right. This may take few tries to get unstuck from starting position. Archer still targets you, go to goblet and run to another room. Archer can't move, so you are safe. This is also the only way to not get hurt in this mission.

    Normal mission. This is the hardest mission to complete. Read a book for objective. Go into water and grab 6 water arrows. Then go through door. Douse torch near kitchen and douse fireplace too. Kitchen woman will first alert. Go behind her and on the other side table to fireplace. There is switch for a secret. Go into corridor.

    Wait for a guard. Go upstairs and open door to bedroom. Here are 3 switches (3 secrets): one has papyrus with code, one near bed has trap lever (don't use it). Hardest to find switch will lead you to Scepter and mission will end.

    I know that in bedroom is a book with another objective. And I barely explored this place/grabbed any loot. But I have no option to save game and load game. So I didn't want to mess with teleporting rooms, which managed to kill me few times. That's why I skipped this loot objective.

    TEH JOKER

    This is more or less normal mission. Grab all equipment, enter toilet and fall into sewers. Go north and jump into water. In water under metal bridge is 5 coins floating above bottom floor. Guard walking on bridge has a purse and behind house is loot. Return to sewers and go to crates. Move them and enter casino. Douse torch. Thief can second alert, but it's possible for him to just first alert. Steal loot from dark table, 3 coins from other table and lockpicks from thief. Enter second room. Go behind servant and guard and steal loot from their tables. Return to sewers. Grab crate and go south to the Castle.

    CASTLE

    Go right. Open all doors to know where you were and where you didn't. You need to teleport to area where behind door is corridor with stationary archer. Behind him is office with some loot. Return to the beginning and go left. You need to find corridor with hole. Remember to take crate with you. Hole will lead you to cave system.

    CAVE SYSTEM

    Here you will need to use lever to open metal gates and progress. 1st cave has spider thieves. First thief turn left and right. Leave crate at the start, wait for thief to turn right and go left. Wait for second thief to turn left into wall, run to lever and then back to start. Grab crate, wait for thief to turn left and run to 2nd cave.

    Here is lever on the other side of zombie fight. Ratmen observe it and randomly second alert. Ignore them. Put crate in front of gate and use it to climb on gate. Enter 3rd cave. Here is just pair Apes to time. There are 2 nuggets: one near gate and other at the end of one of corridors. Grab loose lever and use it on lever stand, then use lever and return. In 4th cave are some Pagans on the right. Just go along left wall and they will not notice you. Use lever and go to 5th cave. Before gate is another nugget.

    Here are craymens. Left wall has a nugget. Go right to burrick cave. Get mask from under ramp. Go to top. Here is Joker. He's impossible to kill in one hit, so he will spot you and attack you. That's a ghost bust. Kill him and use portal.

    BACK TO START

    Before you open blue chest - check other apartments. Don't open chest in other opened apartment. It's a trap. Door will close and the only way to escape is by destroying door. Other apartments are safe: 3 coin stacks in woman's apartment and chest and candlestick in the second apartment. End the mission by opening blue chest.

    THE KILL FACTORY

    This one is really fun. Go on conveyor belt to first slacker and KO him. Then go to next slacker and KO him too. Then you will be forced to drop+mantle on lower conveyor belt. Go to fast elevator. You need to move while riding elevator to avoid falling on it, because it alerts slacker. Go to him and KO him, then use lever. Then go on elevator and descend. Sometimes you lose life, sometimes you don't. It's random, so just keep trying.

    Drop on lower conveyor belt. From now on you can get hurt for no reason. Just go quickly on solid ground. Also go against conveyor belt first. At the end is another slacker to KO. Use elevator to use another lever and return. This time you will encounter turrets. This is unavoidable ghost bust. Just skip them and don't get hurt. Use elevator to return to start. Go to area where you dropped on conveyor belt and go to exit.

    This mission is impossible to ghost, because guard can't be killed in one hit. And he's randomly flying everywhere. A very frustrating mission.

    A LONG WAY DOWN

    Vertical level and very fun one, Way down isn't very tricky. Getting to some windows may be tricky. It requires tricky mantles. Actually I had biggest problem with returning back up to safe after getting key. First shutters decided to vanish. To avoid that I returned to balcony and from it jumped right to a small lamp. I avoided archer by going in niche on the right and to the ladder. I mantled to shadow. Roped up. I timed both archer and Mechanist and run to ventilation. I grabbed rope arrow and went through ventilation. I sneaked to passage to the right before Mechanist woman would turn around. Returning back key was easy. Then few drops to the street. Easy.

    THE MEDAL AGE

    Short, abstract mission. You move very fast. You need to get 4 medals, but that's actually a lie. Mission ends after getting 3 medals. Go right and drop in lava. Get first medal and open door with lockpicks. Pagan will run to you and freeze. Grab coin (that's the whole loot) and jump on the other side. Turret will shoot in your direction. Grab the other 2 medals to complete first objective and fail the second. Mission completed.

    OMG GET YOUR BLACKJACK BACK!

    Crazy city mission. Grab your sword and quietly descend to exit from house. You can look through hole where policeman look. Leave this place and sneak to the end of the street near warehouse. Sneak behind guard and use only side doors to enter Watch Station. Don't use middle door, because there will be no way to close the entrance anymore. Go upstairs, steal key and open safe containing blackjack. KO blue coats in Watch Station and one in front of it. Then close door and shoot fire arrow into captain of the watch. Nobody outside should alert. KO all blue coats in the city and bring them to Watch Station to kill all of them. Objective completed.

    The last objective is to gather 2000 loot. There are 3 tapestries and 2 masks at Watch Station. In warehouse get free floating purse from ground floor. Climb to top. Sneak to the side of red lady and steal her purse. That's the only loot available for you in warehouse. Rest are on women that are too far to reach and are watching the entrance to their room. Leave warehouse and go to Casino.

    Nobles aren't problem. Grab 2 coins from left noble table, another table behind him has purse and coins (there is one coin on roulette too). Upstairs is floating red ring and floating Torc. Go to Ghost House and grab another loot piece. That's it for ghosting.

    Open metal door near starting house. I call it Vault. You must quickly enter this house without making noise on short loud tile, close door and run to shadow behind door. Of course woman will spot you and alert second woman and they will run away from house. It's possible they will not alert guy from upstairs and guys from Casino. If you did it correctly take all loot from table. You need one more loot piece. It's upstairs. You need to jump into shadow on the right in the way that you will immediately mantle up. This way you will only encounter first alert. Open chest and complete this mission.

    THE SCARY CASTLE

    You need to kill all Haunts. First at guarding the Castle isn't that hard. After they meet each other, go behind one, kill him, drop his body into poison water and hide inside or on the other side of bridge. Then kill the second Haunt. Grab from chest fire arrows.

    Castle can be ghosted by strafe running along wall. Haunts will only first alert. Then you can grab golden skull. But that's all. Go down and kill Haunt. There is no way to avoid alert from other 8 Haunts. Just kill them with fire arrows. They can't run on ramps, which makes killing easy.

    SHADOWS OF DARKNESS

    Crazy catacombs mission. A lot of areas have no sound. Grab Torc from sarcophagus. It will complete second loot objective. Get to Haunt and fall into lava. Sadly this is first unavoidable ghost bust. Take loot from safe, alert zombie by going on his side, because he's in the way (second ghost bust) and enter crypt. There is lever under sarcophagus to use, torch and wheel and also tiara from sarcophagus. Use ladder. Loot from office will complete first loot objective, use chest and then switch.

    Descend and get into hole in wall. Use hatch, grab bag of spices from water and use lever. Go into dark room. On the left closer corner is invisible platform to mantle. Jump on platforms to reach lever. This is a really nasty thing. Go through bookcase and use key on locked door. From tomb get Lava Suit and legendary arrows. Time to leave crypt.

    And here is a problem. Zombie from entrance decided to turn around. Get as close as possible to him, so you will hear his sounds and then shoot fire arrow into floor in front of him. This will alert him (third ghost bust). Get to water and through lava passage to forest. Above entrance to next room is another loot piece. To get it go left from entrance and notice a niche above your head. Mantle on it and then mantle to loot.

    Enter next room. Haunt will spot you (fourth ghost bust). Climb up to him and run into passage. Go to the middle a little, then backtrack to the corner. If you do it correctly, explosion will kill pursuing you Haunt. Descend and go around while crouching. Use legendary arrow to kill Pagan girl and through water tunnel to grab Eye, which will end this mission.

    Oh, my God. You need to find coin in space. You can find it by crouching/uncrouching. Stars will change it's position, but coin won't. There is coin at north, but you need to do blind jump. Take it. Now your objective is to grab coin stack. It's at south, so this time you need to do 2 blind jumps. And that's all.

    No idea what's the Granny Potion is for. Just go between doors on the other side. Behind podium with mask floating above it is floating rope arrow. Grab it, shoot from this place into wood. Climb it, grab mask and retrieve rope arrow. That's all.

    WALKIN DA MOON

    Last crap mission. This one feature spiders. Right from the beginning 2 little spiders discover bodies of big bots and they second alert. From what I know it's impossible to descend on the ladder without being spotted by them (ghost bust). There is ring under ship. I believe there is one more ring right from ship entrance, but on my ghost run I couldn't find it. That's another feature of this mission: small rings that most of the times are invisible for eye and you are forced to blindly frob floor to find them.

    Run to cave in floor and drop down. It's possible to not get hurt. Go slowly along left wall. This way you will avoid further ghost busts. There is a ring after second lantern, another near lava. Read papyrus to get new objective. After another lantern there is a ring on floor. Go to small shadow near last little spider and shoot green spider. You killed king of the spiders. Slowly drop into king's room.

    There is a switch on wall near right lamppost. There is also 19 invisible rings on floor. Maybe there is more, I don't know. After you complete loot objective go into secret passage to finish this mission.

    REBELLION OF THE BUILDER

    MISSION 1: THE MYSTIC ESTATE (TO ROB FROM...)


    Rebellion of the Builder is my favorite FM and I was preparing myself for this one day. Ghosting it will be very challenging. The estate is very well patrolled, there is a lot of traps and a lot of loud floor. That's why I'm gonna do everything to have the most of chance to do this run. That's why I'm playing on older version of the game. Reason for that is because newest version turn off new mantle. This means that some of furniture can be mantled and some cannot. And I have no idea how to distinguish on from the other, so it makes the whole run really annoying.

    I did a test run so far and my first bet was that this mission can't be ghosted. For sole reason - loot objective. You need to get 4500 out of max 10000 loot. This may not look difficult, but during my test run I realized that most of the loot is behind walls that must be destroyed with fire arrows, key for one room that leads to other area is inside vase, which destroying is another damage property and also there are places observed by AI and they can't be ghosted. I start the mission with 10 water arrows, 1 moss arrow and 2 invisibility potions and I believe that if I use these tools in the correct way, then maybe, just maybe it would be possible to conquer this mission's loot objective. If I manage to do that, it will be a close call. So let's start.

    BASEMENT

    You start outside. It's not a safe place, so step back and crouch into shadow. Wait for bots to pass and run right to shadow behind tree. After bot will go into other direction, go to basement door. In this shadow you are safe. Go near next door. Here in corner is safe shadow. Under 3 barrels is purse. Unfortunately it's impossible to get it. But you can get purse from archer walking near bots.

    Basement is patrolled by 2 guards walking to basement entrance, there is archer patrolling corridor near bots. Bots don't react unless you will make a noise or enemies will spot you. There is Mechanist on the other side of basement patrolling another corridor. You need to go to generator room. It's patrolled by engineer and there is second, stationary this time engineer near levers. Behind generators are 3 nuggets impossible to get. Your objective is to use Back Exit lever, the only lever that will not kill you. Catch is there is no shadow and you are nowhere safe.

    You need to go behind archer with purse along right wall, so when he will turn around you will pass him. Engineer should walk towards you. Back off to bots and when he will turn around run to use closer lever. Then go back and hide near wall. Wait for archer to turn around and go behind him along right wall. You need to time all that with patrolling engineer that walks towards you and 2 guards patrolling entrance to basement. So in other words you need to have a lot of luck. Go back to shadow.

    Now you need to go to stairs leading upstairs. Be careful - there are 2 guards walking via this stairs and entering basement. Go to shadow on right and open nearby door.

    LIBRARY

    Hide near door and wait for guard to go to the basement. Go inside corridor and close door. Run to double door at the end of corridor and open it. Jump in order to mantle on the right door. Your mantle will be cancel, but it will also disable alarm. At least for now. In newest version you can't mantle on doors, so this trick will not work and it will probably bust your ghost. As for alarm - it activates only if you are in first half of Library and only on floor. It acts like some traps from Bonehoard activated by entering certain area. So I don't call it a ghost bust.

    VERY IMPORTANT! Leave door open! This will let you escape Library fast enough before alarm will alert anyone.

    Afterwards go to 2nd carpet. There is coin on carpet. Then mantle on big table and jump on top of lamp. Don't mantle! Your mantle will get canceled and will activate alarm. From lamp mantle on top of bookcase. Travel along wall. In the Library is one guard patrolling between silver gear lock and Control key room, Library is also frequently visited by 2 guards going to the basement. So be careful of them. Jump above gear lock door and go along wall to separated hole. Drop on metal box, open it to get rope arrow (SECRET #1).

    Rope up and drop to opened metal door. There is coin near them. Hide in doorway. Grab Control key and put healing potion on pressure plate. Leave and rope up. Then rope up to chest on wooden beam to get slow fall potion (SECRET #2). That high you are safe. Jump to other beam and go via beams to purple box with loot. I feel like this should be secret, but it's not.

    Now drop+mantle on bookcase near door. Now you need to drop on top of door while crouching, then drop down on floor and quickly run outside. Check for alerts and leave back to stairs. If there is guard walking your way in corridor - go hide under wall near place where he will turn to go to Library. When he will pass you quickly sneak behind him.

    DISABLING SECURITY

    There are 2 guards with purses visiting this area. You don't need to wait for them, because eventually you will encounter them. Upstairs is patrolled by one guard. Sometimes he can get stuck near wooden double door. But visiting Mechanist can unstuck him. Also this place is visited by a bunch of other guards.

    First grab crystal from behind SE column. Then go upstairs. Open double door at the end of a carpet with Control key. Inside sneak and lean forward for bag of spices.

    I decided to disable security now. I know the code from my test run and I know the intended solution is to get Code Paper first and then deduce the code and return here. I'm not gonna do that. Watchers are fast in this game, they are very quickly second and third alert, also they summon enemies. These are watchers from hell, the craziest invention that I ever saw in any fan mission.

    Code is 0515, then lean forward to disable both watchers and alarm switches. Then change code back to 0690. Be careful to not wake up guard and thief here. We are gonna visit area below and if they will wake up, it means bigger chance to get spotted.

    Now you need to time your leave with guard. Don't lock door, just close them. There are 2 crystals on top of big painting above Control room. Shoot rope arrow near side lamp on a wall. Mantle on doorway and jump to rope arrow. Climb under ceiling. Here you are safe from patrollers. When guard will pass - jump on top of wall lamp while grabbing rope arrow and jump in place to grab crystal. Then drop back on top of doorway you mantled before, drop down and hide in Control room. Now you just need to repeat all for second crystal on the other side.

    I decided to explore Second Floor first. So after leaving Control room go right. There is shadow in a doorway, but it's not safe. Continue to the shadow behind balcony guard you saw from Control room. Near sleeping guard is statuette. Then go to watcher.

    SPEED SECRET

    Take coin from the floor, grab plant and put it on floor. This will allow you to mantle on stand. It's not needed now, but it's entrance to the secret room with lots of money. The pressure block is in room on the other side of corridor with golden bot. And golden bot is another monstrosity in this fan mission that is totally crazy and overpowered. Golden bots move twice faster than normal bots, they shoot fireballs. When they will get disabled, they explode. It creates scouting bot that moves twice faster than normal scouting bot. In short they are evil.

    This corridor is very important for ghost. The secret room contains 970 loot and it's absolutely the must. Luckily we have 2 invisibility potions, unluckily if we use them both, it will make getting loot requirement impossible. If you use only one potion, then you will be forced to get purse and enough coins from fountain room and this room is patrolled by 2 archer and observed by balcony guy. Getting loot requirement may be possible, but it will be very difficult. So beating this corridor without using invisibility potions is the ideal solution. And you know what? It's actually possible.

    Sneak behind golden bot, run on carpet, sneak to wooden doorway and jump diagonally on carpet. Run quickly on the right side of bot. He will turn around, first alert and will go away. On carpet at the end of bot's patrol is a coin. Enter room. Inside is white pressure block and door. Open, move forward and quickly close door. You will block it. Use right hook (SECRET #3) and grab through door a speed potion. Close door.

    Do a few hard saves and wait for bot to get close to end of it's patrol. Lean forward to pressure block and crouch. It will activate pressure block and propel you a little back. Go behind bot. The hardest part is passing him with just first alert. You need to run (along left wall) on loud floor (do like 2 quiet steps) and jump on carpet. Not too early, because you will bounce out of bot on loud floor. And not too late, because bot will turn around and spot you. Good idea is too quicksave before that. It's very difficult, but possible.

    If you end with first alert, don't be happy yet. You have barely enough time to enter secret passage. Run quickly and mantle on stand. Crouch and go inside. If you fail - go back to previous hard save and time pressing block better. Also sometimes corridor with watcher is visited by guards, so it will probably force you to go back to previous hard save again. Good luck.

    In secret passage (SECRET #4) there is 970 loot to get from floor. Congratulations, you got 1/3 of the loot requirement. Afterwards press block to get out. Put back plant on stand. It's time to return to exploration of this part of Second Floor.

    REST OF SECOND FLOOR

    There is crystal under broom in closet. Hide in shadow under locked door and open double door. Wait for patroller to go right, go straight to the end of corridor and unlock left door. You have barely enough time to do that. Inside grab Code Paper. Leave the same way you entered. On the opposite wall is tile. If you fail loot objective - you will be forced to destroy this tile with fire arrow and grab 970 loot. But I'm not gonna do that yet. Wait for patroller and go behind him. Wait for him to exit Armory and get inside. Grab 3 water arrows, mantle on shelf and take tiny ring from wooden panel in the corner. Wait for guard to pass you and go to left side of double door on opposite side. There is good shadow there.

    Now I want to get a key to Gambling room. It's inside Training room behind door on the left. Problem is that if you enter the room, training guards will spot you. If you use invisibility potion - all guards will still second alert. I believe it's a scripted alert. I don't think it's a ghost bust, but I'm gonna avoid that. There is one more situation. If you open door and hide in shadow at the end of corridor, nearby patroller will second alert to the training guards. He will attack them and eventually kill them! He's not alerting to them after they stop training after scripted alert. I'm gonna avoid that too.

    So you need to have only 1 patroller at the time on the corridor and you want him to get close to the end of his patrol. Also I recommend to disable auto equip. Stand in front of middle of double door, open it and step forward into full shadow. Go on left side. You can't start on left side, because door will open only partially and you want them to be fully opened. Pick up key through door. Return to the middle, close door. When they will close (not fully because you block it) - open and close it while backing off. Hide in shadow on the left side of door. If you did it correctly - training guards will not spot you and patroller will probably just first alert.

    Now run to locked door near watcher and open it with key. Grab 5 coin stacks from game machine, use lever and grab another 5 coin stacks. On table with roulette is golden dices and around it on carpet are 2 coins. Now leave Gambling room, go to shadow under watcher, then to stairs near sleeping guard and descend.

    EAST SIDE OF FIRST FLOOR

    Under stairs are 2 coins. By the way, don't wake up sleeping guard! Sneak to statue and grab diamond. Now I have decided to grab purse from archer patrolling fountain. If he's second out of 2 archers, then just sneak to him and grab his purse. In my case he was the first guard and the other was just behind him. I stood in front of right side of doorway. When you are in this position, archer will turn, do a step towards you and return to his patrol route and first alert. Lean forward, take his purse and hide near statue.

    Go to double door. It's Music room. On left table grab left flute, then grab 2 golden bottles: one from table and one from drunkard hand. Leave and go north, turn right and go to the end of corridor. Grab 2 coins from the closet. Go to Bathroom, grab ring from sink, open right door under sink and grab another piece of loot (this one is hard to grab). Wait for patrollers. They both have 2 purses. After they leave unlock third door. In Storage you will find 3 crystals under stand, 2 statuettes behind wardrobe and 2 coin stacks behind painting. Congratulations, you got 2/3 of loot requirement.

    Go further to Dining room. In order to get loot from here you need to use invisibility potion and run behind drunkard. You are safe under window. You need to nudge drunkard to opposite wall between paintings. It's difficult, because this room is visited by archer and swordman. Archer is faster, so you will need to make breaks from nudging in different time periods.

    Also you are nudging noble on loud floor. So just tap forward. Also I noticed that nudging from the side is most effective. And never quicksave when you are very close to him, after quickload you will get propelled back and you will probably make a lot of noise.

    The whole nudging took me 45 min. Then I grabbed 145 loot from here. There is goblet lying on carpet near fallen chair. Rest is on table. Under watcher is entrance to Haunted Library. Unfortunately you would need to destroy wall with fire arrow, which will also destroy watcher and alert drunkard and kitchen women. Go to Kitchen.

    There are 4 plates in the sinks. Turn off light. Also a surprise - every 3 or 4 min this room will be visited by new guard. Go to shadow under sinks on the right, lean forward and grab first plate. For the other plates you will need to nudge both woman. Start from blue woman and nudge her to the east wall near sinks. This will allow you to nudge green woman to SW wall. Thanks to that you can lean forward and grab 3 plates from left sink. Seriously I felt like solving a logic puzzle. This took me 15 min. Leave Kitchen and go all the way to the fountain.

    Here mantle on fountain, go to the ledge and lean forward to grab 3 coins. Then walk backward until you drop on floor. Sneak to the shadow near statue. Do that quiet to not wake up sleeping guards from Control room. That's all for the fountain. Go to passage leading south.

    SOUTH SIDE OF FIRST FLOOR

    After entering it go to shadow on the left. Double door on the west is locked and you will not manage to get key to it on this run. Go east to Swimming Pool. There is sleeping noble, but you can safely drop into water from the other side. There are 3 crystals in the water, water arrow and ring on the east side close to blue lines crossing. Get out to shadow near fountain.

    Go behind patroller. On the left are unfrobbable door. Right of it are 2 switches, one of them will open this door. Grab 2 nuggets from the bottom of stairs, go up and grab goblet from stand. Art Gallery is inaccessible in this run. Return to unfrobbable door and leave outside.

    Patroller enters here and also there are 2 patrollers here. Slower guard has a purse. Mechanist fixing lamppost has bronze gear. You are safe under platform near stairs. Go back to house, open unfrobbable door and hide in shadow in doorway. When patroller leave outside, go to fountain and this time visit west passage.

    WEST SIDE OF FIRST FLOOR

    Door on the right is just a trap. On the left is Theater. There is purse on wooden pillar on the right. Under sittings is 9 coins and silver gear. Don't wake the woman and go behind scene. Grab tiara from table. Here is also banner. On the other side is our next destination - Library. Go to fountain and sneak back to east side. Also note - north part of fountain has good shadow and patrollers are walking nearby meaning this is a perfect place to steal purse from archer.

    Return to Library. Don't forget to leave door to Library open! Go on top of bookcases and drop near silver gear door. Use gear, wait for switch or close and reopen wooden blockade. Get inside. Another Dining room. This one is easy. There is sleeping noble woman. Just grab 2 frobbable candlesticks, go to archer and steal his purse. Leave Library and go upstairs to bronze gear door.

    You know what, change of plans. Since I don't need second invisibility potion, let's use it to grab some extra loot. I'm talking about 3 nuggets from behind generators in the Basement. Then go to bronze gear door.

    BRONZE GEAR SECTION

    Go left. Go behind guard to the middle of carpet and grab coin from a carpet. Go to Bathroom. When guard is far drop into water. Guard should just first alert. Grab coin from corner of the bath. Loot objective completed! Finally. Go back to corridor. Wait for guard to go to elevator and sneak quickly to dark room. Turn around, on wood panel right of entrance to balcony is hidden coin stack. Return to dark room. Grab vase, activate pressure tile in corner near door by just stepping on it (you don't need to stay on it until it will get fully pressed). Go to opened cache and block it from closing. Grab loot from purple box (SECRET #5) and stand on tile in order to close cache. Leave, go to Bathroom to avoid guard and go to elevator. Ride to third floor.

    Grab statuette behind painting and go to white double door. Inside corridor is patrolled by Mechanist. Block right door and open left door. There are 2 double doors on the left. Room has no loot there and you will not manage to get a key. Wait for Mechanist. Then go to left side of first double door on the left. When Mechanist will turn right - quickly go to end of corridor and enter room with golden bot. Wait for Mechanist and this time go behind him first room on the right. There is shadow in a doorway. Wait for Mechanist to go left and quickly go to locked door. Open it with lockpicks and enter storage. Grab golden skull and coin stack behind furniture behind skull. Mantle on table and go to door. Sneak to previous room and then back to room with golden bot.

    This golden bot is blind and react only to sound. Grab 2 coin stacks from balcony. That's the last loot in this mission. Go to next door. Corridor is patrolled by Mechanist and spider bot, there is only loud floor and it's fully visible. You can only darken the end of the corridor by dousing gas lamp. You know what, change of plans. Go back to balcony. Mantle on railing and drop+mantle on east balcony. Slowly descend. You are on the other side of corridor. Descend and get outside. Go to forest entrance to finish this incredible mission.

    A note here - 2 invisibility potions gave me access to loot from Dining room with Kitchen (185) and 3 nuggets in Basement (150). Together I got from it 335 loot. In other words it's possible to achieve non-chemical ghost success if you ignore both of these places. I didn't use any water arrow and moss arrow. I think the best place to use moss arrow would be Library entrance though.

    THE MYSTIC ESTATE (TO ROB FROM...)

    It's not a mistake. This mission isn't part of Rebellion of the Builder, it's the original release. This mission has completed and also it has preview of next mission from RotB - Forest of Despair. I decided to ghost it, because this mission has a lot of small changes that sometimes change the way to ghost this mission compared to RotB.

    First of all: room with golden child and Art Gallery don't exist. Catacombs are slightly shorter and there is no zombies lying around. But that's not important - we couldn't visit these places anyway. Extra weapons are being used like items. Some loot pieces don't exist or new loot pieces have been added. There is higher loot requirement - we need to get 5000 out of 8686 loot. Even though I found almost all the loot in RotB version, here I missed 610 loot somewhere. Also even though loot requirement is tighter, I felt during my test run that it was easier than in RotB version.

    Another difference is lack of moss arrow. Also I'm gonna try to achieve non-chemical ghost run. I'm not gonna explain how to get most of the loot, so for reference just look at my report regarding RotB version of Mystic Estate. Let's start.

    GETTING STARTED

    There is no shadow at the start, so quickly run right to shadow of the tree under wall. When bot will first alert - climb tree to the very top and jump to window. Open it and go to little bedroom. You will wake a guy, but that's just first alert. Grab urn and leave. Drop on tree and run to Basement. Instead of purse under 3 barrels are 5 coins and only 2 of them are possible to blindly frob. Grab archer's purse, then just use lever in Generator room and get upstairs.

    Go to Library. Leave door open. In the same way disable alarm (by mantling to door). There is no coins on floor. Go on bookcases and get rope arrow (SECRET #1). Get Control key and rope up to beam to get slow fall potion (SECRET #2). Drop to silver gear door to grab bronze gear. Then rope up and leave Library. Get back to stairs.

    Grab crystal hidden behind SE column and 2 crystals from top of painting. There is also 2 patrollers visiting this room. Enter Control room - this complete objective (unlike RotB version where you needed to disable watchers to complete it). Code is different - 0407. Disable alarm switches and watchers. Then put 0690 code like it was at the beginning. Before leaving grab bag of spices from table. Go to bronze gear door.

    BRONZE GEAR SECTION

    Grab coin from carpet. I avoided guard by walking on his side and pass him when he was turning. Grab goblet and SECRET #3 from a little safe from dark room. Ride elevator up. Grab statuette from behind painting. Before going to corridor patrolled by Mechanist enter room with sleeping Crayman and dead body. Under bed is a ring. Now sneak to storage and grab golden skull and coin stack. Go to golden bot room.

    If you haven't noticed yet, this stationary golden bot can see you. Unlike RotB version. There is also another difference - golden bots don't explode. Instead they get disabled in a very grotesque form. It's worth to play this mission just to see this. There is no loot on balcony this time. Besides, you can't even go there.

    To cross on the other side of room - mantle on table, shoot rope arrow into ceiling near bot, jump to rope and then on top of bot and drop on table on the other side. Slowly drop on floor and go to door. Only Mechanist patrol this corridor. There is no spider bot like in RotB version. When Mechanist go to next door - sneak left and hide behind corner. When Mechanist appear - enter corridor to next door and go quickly under right wall. Go to door and leave.

    Descend, grab goblet from stand and go to balcony. Steal purse and descend. This room is frequently visited by Mechanist, by the way. Grab 2 nuggets and go to Swimming Pool. Be careful - door to outside doesn't exist anymore, so guard can see you after he turns.

    FIRST FLOOR

    Dive into water and grab 3 crystals. Then go to Theater at the south. Grab purse, silver gear and 5 coins from the floor. Get back to fountain. Go to shadow at north and grab archer's purse. Then go east. This time I can only get 1 coin from fountain. Grab diamond from statue and 2 coins from under stairs (there are no boxes this time). Go to Music room. Grab golden bottle from drunkard's hand and silver flute from left table.

    Go north and turn right. In closet are 2 coins. Bathroom have ring and urn under sink. In storage are 3 crystals, 2 statuettes and 2 coin stacks behind painting. Also there is 2 guards with purses. I'm gonna ignore Dining room, because it require using invisibility potion. To finish with first floor go to Library to silver door key. I had luck 2 guards visiting Library ended walking together.

    In second Dining room there is no sleeping woman anymore. Grab 2 candlesticks. In place of archer is floating purse. Leave and go upstairs. Since guard patrolling stairs near Control room got stuck I went via stairs near Music room.

    SECOND FLOOR

    Grab statuette from table near sleeping guard and go to shadow under watcher. I'm gonna go north first. Grab crystal from closet and go to storage. There are 2 statuettes on wardrobe. Go more north. In armory is a ring in corner (this time it's a normal size ring, not tiny like in RotB). Take Gambling room key from Training room and go north for Code Paper (this time door is open). Go to Gambling room. Game machine is empty this time. Pull lever to get coin reward. That's more satisfying and realistic reward then coin stacks in RotB. You get 500 loot just from this. Then take golden dices and 2 coins from carpet. Time to get secrets from golden bot corridor.

    Like before - put plant on floor and pass golden bot during his turning animation. Grab coin from end of it's patrol and enter room. Grab hook SECRET #4 and when bot will be close activate white block. I noticed that from one side it can be activated by walking towards it. Then you need to go behind bot and again pass him during his turning animation. Then quickly jump+mantle on stand, crouch and get to secret cache (SECRET #5). To be honest, I did it much faster than the first time during RotB. It really surprised me. In secret cache is 1540 loot (570 more than in RotB) on loud (this time) floor. Loot objective completed. That's also the last loot to obtain in this mission.

    Time to leave. Put back plant on stand and go to Back Exit. This time no guard has a purse and also Mechanist has second bronze gear. Exit is also a bit smaller compared to RotB version. Anyway, this ends the mission. Afterwards you can play half of Forest of Despair without most of equipment and loot.

    MISSION 2: FOREST OF DESPAIR

    This is my least favorite mission in the whole campaign. It still holds high level though. Our objective is to escape estate, which I believe I did in the previous mission. Also loot objective is very tight - I need to get 3500 loot out of 3830 loot. Only 330 loot of leeway. That's crazy. Another bad news is starting equipment is really bad. No potions, no rope arrows or moss arrows. I get pretty much 10 water arrows and 2 flares. Well, there is also 30 broadhead arrows and 1 noisemaker arrow, but I can't use this stuff while ghosting. In this particular mission water arrows will be the most important.

    BEGINNING

    The first forest is pretty easy. Plenty of shadow and few Mechanists to avoid. Then listen to 4 Hammerites conversation, go past them and turn left. You are in the area with 2 frogs and a stationary guard. Douse 2 torches and go to shadow behind guard. There are 2 patrollers here. One of them has a purse worth 1000! Go to the statue area at the middle of this... garden (I have no idea how to call that area).

    You need to time noble woman inside with 2 patrollers. Woman has another purse. Under SE reflector is a switch (SECRET #1). Leave and choose south passage. Go right and stand on tile. I believe it's disabling teleporting from treasure chest in east passage. Choose other passage leading to theater. Steal Rocksand's key from sleeping woman. Go back to statue. This time your target will be east passage.

    You are safe in shadow under fence. You need to time patrollers going around statue, noble woman looking at statue, stationary Mechanist and another guard patrolling first corridor of east passage. First sneak to stationary Mechanist and pass her from left side during her turning animation. Go left to secret passage to get water arrow. On the other side of corridor are 2 statuettes on fence. Afterwards go deeper into east passage.

    Go left and use key to open treasure chest (SECRET #2). You will get 3 water arrows. Now grab all loot from chest and lock it. Go to other passage to a tree. Grab 2 fire arrows from fire, there are 2 nuggets on the left and another nugget under left rock. Right now you should have half of loot requirement. Now it's time for hardest part of this mission.

    CAVE ENTRANCE TO FOREST OF DESPAIR

    You need to destroy white part of stone (first ghost bust). This spawns and alerts spiders. If you mantle on top of wall where you don't make any sound, then fire arrow will not alert spiders. Unfortunately they stay in a passage and are unavoidable. You can't even make them attack guards, they instead cooperate with each other.

    So I doused 2 torches and fire. Then I stood near tree, shoot stone wall, hid fire arrow and immediately run to rock under wall. That way spiders have a chance to get further out of the entrance to the cave. Now you need to sneak inside cave, which is total RNG. You can't even quicksave, because after loading spiders will return to cave. At the entrance you need to jump to shadow on the right. If you successfully achieve that - run to forest and hide behind corner.

    TREEBEAST FOREST OF DESPAIR

    On your right is a steep slope. You can run and jump onto it and mantle to the higher platform. It's really hard, but doable. Then mantle to stone wall and go right. There is loot in fallen tree and trunk. You can actually drop+mantle to fallen tree. Then go grab nuggets from both fallen tree and trunk. This will alert Treebeasts (second ghost bust). Then I decided to use noisemaker arrow to lure Treebeasts out of the way (third ghost bust). Then I went to second area.

    Go along right wall. At the middle of area are 5 nuggets. Get them from north. This spawn second red spider, but it's not a problem. Go along right wall and dodge last Treebeast in this mission. On your left are rocks. Don't move first rock - it spwan spiders. Behind rocks is green Lost City jar (SECRET #3). Go to Ape's area.

    Here is 1 patroller, 1 stationary Ape and a sleeping Ape. Just go along right wall. Right from entrance to cave is few rocks and 5 nuggets under them. Take 3 rocks and throw them into cave.

    CAVE SYSTEM

    Go right from torches to get secret nugget (SECRET #4). This will also complete loot objective. Now take 3 rocks to pressure plate at the end of room. Don't go between torches though. It spawns monsters behind you and fire elementals in front of you. Door will open to the corridor. On both sides are monsters looking at you. You can actually get behind them, but you must be fast and don't get stuck on crystals. Go behind Bugbeast on the left. Grab 2 nuggets from the skeleton and descend to next area.

    Here you must be careful of stationary Bugbeast and patrolling Crayman. Sneak right. Another patrolling Crayman and eyeball plants. I'm gonna ignore fact that I was spotted by them, because apparently it's not a bust, because they act like rats. Grab nugget from crystal and jump over lava. Douse fire to open next door. Return and this time go under burrick,

    You must blindly mantle up to burrick and go left into shadow. You need to time burrick and 2 fire elementals (one is very fast!). Go into cave and douse torch. Go into eyeball plants tunnel. Here is flying pagan light, stationary burrick and a patrolling burrick. Again I'm ignoring eyeball plants. There is plenty of shadow too. Wait for slow elemental to pass closed door and go to the other end of tunnel.

    Throw flare into unlighted torch and run to door. It's a time challenge. Apes near torch will just first alert to you. You have barely enough time. Then douse 2 torches and descend to last cave. Douse another 4 torches and go to portal. Don't die on the edges of tunnel. This ends this mission.

    REBELLION OF THE BUILDER

    MISSION 3 - THE CONTRADICTION TO THE BUILDER'S CHILDREN

    My second favorite mission in the whole campaign. It takes place in futuristic city. I'm starting with 10 broadhead arrows, 1 flash bomb, 3 flares, 1 noisemaker arrow and 1 moss arrow (that somehow returned to me now after it's absence in second mission). No water arrows. There are only 3 in the whole mission. Also moss arrow will be important.

    There is also another tough loot objective - get 5500 out of 9000 loot. There are 2 most valuable items in the mission: bag of money from Bar and Golden Hammer from Hammerite Church. I don't know if they are possible to get, but missing both of them will fail ghosting. So I need to get at least one of them. If I would tell the most characteristic part of this mission, it would be - there is a lot of nudging involved. This level surpass any mission so far. In the end I believe this mission is possible to ghost, but only because in the version I play new mantle is enabled.

    There is one more thing. On my test run I had problem to get certain key from Mechanist Temple, because patroller got stuck and stopped moving. It made impossible to get Mechanist Office key, which is absolutely necessary to finish the mission. To prevent that from happening, I'm gonna take advantage of new mantle and get inside Mechanist Temple right at the very beginning of the mission (which isn't intended). Then I'm gonna get the key and return back to start. From then I will start the mission for real.

    QUEST FOR MECHANIST OFFICE KEY

    You start on a street. Go between trees and grab Advanced Lockpick from grass. Continue path to the right. Near dead body under car is a ring. Go to engineer. Interesting thing about him is that he doesn't run after you if you don't attack him, he still can get alerted to you though. Nudge him right past the yellow line, then do strafe run along left wall to shadow under lamppost. Observe him for alerts. Then continue.

    Above your head is bridge. On it is 4 Mechanists waiting to ambush you. If they spot you - they will drop down and kill you. You can actually ghost them by crouching and going very slowly along right wall. To observe them I went backwards along wall. Then just mantle over gate and get inside Mechanist Temple.

    The Mechanist from right can visit this Hall. Go left, open door, mantle on it and jump+mantle upstairs. Jump to another door. Open it. Here you are safe. Behind next door is High Gravity Room. There is also Mechanist woman on a short patrol route. It's this guard that can get stuck. She patrols this room and because her short patrol you need to be very fast in getting key and going out of this room. You have barely enough time. And High Gravity Room have narrow pipes passage and gravity can easily pull you in and kill you.

    Open door, leave it opened and go behind Mechanist. Run right on pipe and run+mantle to chest. Crouch, open it and get a key, close chest. Save and drop on pipe. This drop can easily kill you. Go to the place where pipe turns and wait for Mechanist. Save again. When she will pass the pipe - run to door and turn left. You can also try to close door while running. It's possible, but it's hard.

    With key in hand - jump to another door and drop down to Hall. Leave Temple. Go over gate. Crouch and go slowly along wall to avoid alerting Mechanists. This time I used Stealth Button to go slowly enough and look at Mechanists on bridge. Then do strafe run past engineer. Go right behind thief to car park. There are 3 coins under near cars and diamond under blue car. Go behind thief and go to Bar.

    BAR

    Double door is unlocked (which is weird, because I swear that when I played this mission many years ago this door were locked and I was forced to break window to enter; maybe transition into Newdark changed something in this mission). Well, barkeeper is another interesting AI. Until we break glass or use weapon he will not move and not attack us. But he can alert to us. But he doesn't alert if we walk on loud floor. If he spot us - he alerts, if we jump on loud floor - he makes second alert comment. I'm gonna try to avoid that.

    Crouch and go left inside. You will make noise on loud floor and you will get first alert comment from him. Quietly go over counter and quietly drop on floor. Try to steal his Bar Front Door key. If you succeed, then he just first alerted, if you fail - it means he second alerted and he will attack you. You must nudge him to storage on the left. It's openable with Mechanist Office key (what's a coincidence). This means I don't need to nudge him all the way to Woman's Bathroom.

    Also everywhere in Bar is loud floor. So just tap forward to nudge him and never save when you are very close to him. Move him as close as possible to door, open it and push him inside. Mantle on shelf and grab 7 golden bottles. Then push him near barrel. Leave and lock door. Close front door. Now you are fairly safe. Just don't jump in front of storage room.

    In Woman's Bathroom is a coin near one of the toilets. In Man's Bathroom is a purse near last toilet. On shelf above counter are 3 golden bottles and a switch. This switch opens another switch on left side of counter. It's timed. Use switch and run to switch under first switch. Then run to secret cache. You need to run in front of storage room, but barkeeper will not hear you. Anyway, this is first secret and this will give you half of the loot requirement. It's worth 2000. Leave Bar. Ignore door next to the Bar. There is no way to get a loot from there. Go along wall under thief inside Hotel.

    HOTEL

    Use elevator to ride to top floor. Go left and grab 4 coin stacks from Closet. Go downstairs and quickly steal Hammerite Church key. Conversation will start. You hide under door on the left and lean forward to grab a purse. Go back upstairs behind guard and use elevator to ride to ground floor. Go behind counter and grab coin. Wait for conversation to end and you will get a new objective. Leave Hotel and go to Hammerite Church.

    HAMMERITE CHURCH

    Grab moss arrow from right grass, open front door and shoot moss arrow on middle of the stairs. This will come in handy later. Go right to parking lot and grab golden bottle. Return to front door. This place is full of Hammerites. And they visits every room in this place. Plus there is a lot of torches and we don't have any water arrow. This place is first difficulty spike in the mission.

    Go left and enter door of SW Tower. Grab 2 coins from floor, go upstairs and grab coin from balcony. At the top of the tower you will find tapestry and Locker 1 key. Go down to second floor and leave to corridor. Here is Hammerite patrolling that appears here and he has a purse. There is another Hammerite with purse near fountain, but it's impossible to grab it (priest looking at Hammerite will spot us).

    Go back to tower and grab crate. Go outside and go to metal fence at west. Mantle on it on sharp angle and drop on the other side. Place crate under lamppost and return inside. Go to Altar. Grab 2 candlesticks and loot from purple box. Use switch in right corner, then new switch to reveal second secret. Go down to Underground Prison.

    SECRET PRISON

    Near second torch is a nugget. Below you will notice 4 Haunts. That's the only Haunts you can see in this campaign. These four is pretty blind, you need to go very close to them for them to spot you. Go left to above entrance to prison. Save. Inside is patrolled by 2 Haunts and they aren't blind. Prison is small and well lighted. After path will clear - drop down and enter prison. You need to go right to the shadow near 2 cells at the end. From there steal Prison Cell key from one of the Haunts and open cell with 2 nuggets. Time your exit and mantle on right wall. Go back all the way to exit.

    THE END OF EXPLORATION

    After returning back to Altar enter Bathroom at the east. In first toilet is Locker 2 key, in middle sink is moss arrow and in right sink is a ring. Go to Locker room on the opposite side. Turn off light, grab speed potion and open 2 lockers on the right to get golden hammer and statuette. Go further to Dining room. Grab big plate and return. Go quickly along wall to little altar with 2 candlesticks. Go past Library to outside. Here is Hammerite with key card. Wait for him to move in direction of Cemetery, save and load. He will stop moving, so grab his key card (objective completed) and return to front entrance.

    DISABLING ALARM - PREPARATIONS

    To disable security of Golden Hammer you need to press 5 switches and then run quickly to Security Control Room past Dining room. To be honest I have no idea if it's possible to do it, because almost all switches are time switches and there is lots of Hammerites patrolling this place. I don't even know if it's possible to steal Golden Hammer while it's observed by stationary Hammerites nearby. For sake of success I mossed front entrance and put crate under lamppost. Because I believe last switch and Security Control will be the hardest to get to in short time. Well, I'm gonna try my best.

    OK, I managed to succeed. It took me 2 hours. I wasted moss arrow on front entrance before and right now I know using front door to get to Security Control building is still too slow. In order to prepare for a switch run, you need to do few more preparations. First left open 2 doors leading to towers on both sides. Go to Security Control building and left open door. Get inside. Here are 2 guards on quite short patrol route and stationary Hammerite turning around. If he turns left - it's perfect, if he looks at you - it's bad and if he looks right you can enter next passage by quickly running inside. Turn off lights in last room and grab loot from third chest.

    Go back to SW Tower for 2 crates. Bring them outside and put them on the west side of east balcony. Do a stack and go to SE Tower to balcony. By the way, at the bottom of SE Tower is stationary Hammerite. He's pretty blind - he will not notice you if you use door or climb ladder. Go to balcony and nudge stationary Hammerite further left. Then train your drop to the edge of 2 crates stack. Don't jump directly on top of them, because it's very noisy. Afterwards return back to front entrance.

    DISABLING ALARM - EXECUTION

    On the left from front entrance inside is hidden switch. Press it and quickly run to Locker room. Left locker will open revealing second switch. Block locker door from closing. Now you need to time guards patrolling stairs on both sides and enter SE Tower. When entering stairs to bottom of tower - crouch to avoid alerting Hammerite. Climb to the top of tower. Here is urn and third switch. It opens passage down and fourth switch at the bottom of SW Tower. Also this switch isn't timed. Just go to fourth switch and maybe turn off light. Crouch on switch.

    So far it was easy, but it all ends here. For the last switch you need to go to east stairs. You need to time 2 patrollers from this side, 3 patrollers from opposite side need to end going into tower at the top of the stairs. And one Hammerite patrolling upstairs must be away. That's a lot to time.

    If you time this all correctly - strafe run to top of east stairs, then jump to carpet. Jump from carpet to carpet, when carpets end, just run over loud tiles preying to not make too much noise. Run on top of little stairs near fountain and shoot moss arrow into switch. From top of stairs you can hear "click" sound of switch. The fun don't stop. Now you need to run to security door in Security Control building, which are also timed. And you have a very small time here.

    If you succeed shot - run back to carpet. Jump on middle carpet and wait on edge. Hammerites should exit tower. When they touch stairs - jump to next carpet, sneak to top of stairs, run and sneak inside tower. Crouch and descend right, mantle on balcony and drop on edge of crates. In my case I slid down from crates, top crate fell down, but made a very little noise.

    Strafe run to metal fence at west. You can laso use speed potion here. I completely forgot about it. Now jump+mantle on fence on sharp angle. This will allow you to immediately crouch and drop quietly on the other side. Otherwise you will mantle on the edge of fence and correcting your position will second alert Hammerite from balcony above you. Run and mantle on crate, then mantle on top of lamppost and on roof of Security Control building.

    Now you need to prey that there is nobody outside and inside and drop down. Enter building and turn right. You don't have too much time left. First check if door are still open. If they are open - you need to enter passage. In my case I went behind 2 patrollers, stationary guard was looking right, so I gave them a time and quickly entered behind them. Waited a little for them to turn and I went past them to door. And door started to close. I barely managed to reopen them. That was extremely lucky.

    Grab 3 water arrows from chest and use security lever to disable alarm. Now you just need to go back inside and grab Golden Hammer. Just hide behind pillar and lean forward for it. Golden Hammer is worth 1650. This also completes loot objective. Time to leave this crazy place. Go all the way to Mechanist Temple.

    MECHANIST TEMPLE

    Mechanist Temple is full of Mechanists with pistols. When they spot you - you are dead. Another gimmick is some statues can become alive if you touch them. And because of new mantle I can do stuff a little out of order.

    DISABLING GAS TRAP

    Go left and this time douse the fire. Wait in front of door, because one of patrollers has a purse. Mantle on door and mantle to door upstairs. Use it. Upstairs is visited by 2 Mechanists. When one of them leave mantle up and quickly get inside Church, which is well shadowed. Sneak between seats to door on the opposite side. It leads to Mechanist Office.

    There in little lab you will find 2 tapestries. Next room is patrolled by priest on short patrol. You are safe in SW corner of room. Under painting is lever that disable gas trap. When priest go left past table - go to him. Grab vase and use music box. Then leave all the way to the front entrance.

    BEDROOMS

    Now go to middle left passage. It will take you to Workshop. Here is stationary Mechanist woman and she rarely and randomly turns around from right side. So you are safe on her left. You need to nudge her as close as possible to statuette. When she turns grab this statuette and continue nudging her. When you will have no place to nudge her anymore go back the way you entered and use middle right passage to stairs.

    Wait for woman to turn around and climb metal stairs. The corridor is patrolled by 2 Hammerites. One of them stops for few seconds at the middle. Observe their heads and sneak to middle door. Then sneak to door on the right. In corner of bedroom is a coin stack. Return to middle door and open it. There is money on table and Matt A. Lique's Office key. Go back to metal stairs and quickly, but quietly go down. Observe stationary woman below and when she turn around descend to Entrance Hall.

    RIGHT WING

    Wait for Mechanist visiting Hall and go behind her to door. Open it and wait for her to go left. You go right. Ignore Library for now, go right to teleporter. Upstairs go on metal floor. Gas trap is disabled, so you can go to room with nugget, Room of Angels key and formula, which completes an objective. Don't leave yet. Go to ladder and climb up to see Mechanist woman head.

    She's a stationary guard that randomly turns around. When she turns - mantle up and go to table. Grab 2 statuettes and hide under right wall. Go slowly to observe woman's position. When she turns - crouch to her left side. Prepare Matt A. Lique's Office key. When she turn around - quietly go past her and go upstairs. Here is patroller on a very short patrol route. Past him from his left, open Office door and enter. Go left. Grab another statuette and Church key (which you don't need, but if you would play newest patch you would need it).

    Time to leave. Lock door behind you and pass patroller. Go down and stand near woman. When she turns around - quietly go over loud tile and hide under wall on your right. Wait for another woman't turn around and drop on ladder. Go to white teleporter, which will bring you to Entrance Hall.

    Again you need to time patroller and enter right side. When she go left - go right and wait for her to leave. Left corridor leads to Room of Angels. Use key. Solve riddle. It will open secret passage in Library. Now you finally can go to Library.

    From top of bookcase grab Left Wing key and go to secret passage (third secret). Lever here will disable alarm in Vault. Go to shadow under bookcase and wait for Mechanist to leave Library. Then sneak to green Lost City treasure and lean forward to it. Don't touch any grey statue or they will return to life. Go back to Entrance Hall.

    VAULT

    Go left and use Left Wing key on double door. Quietly pass grey statues on it's right and go to teleporter. Middle statuette is loot, right statuette will give you gas arrow. Go to white teleporter, which will bring you back to Entrance Hall. Return to left side and go over metal. Hide in left dark corner.

    Wait for 2 patrollers to return here and go past them. Sneak down on metal and go to 6 bots corridor. They are very sensitive. Luckily there is good shadow at the middle. At the end is stationary golden bot. Do some noise to first alert him. It will start patrolling little passage to Vault. When it will go right - go left to door. When he will turn to starting point - quickly run to Vault. Be careful of metal tile in doorway. Stand in front of treasure and grab Golden Mace and 4 nuggets. Golden Mace is only worth 125 (I wonder if Gort forgot about one zero, so it would be worth 1250).

    When golden bot turn around in front of Vault - leave and wait for him to go to door. Then leave passage and go through bots corridor. Afterwards I used last moss arrow on metal floor and waited for both patrollers to return to destroyed bot. Hide in shadow on right. Then leave Temple. Go past 4 Mechanists and single engineer and go to thieves area.

    TOTAL MAYHEM

    So now we just need to go to Mechanist Laboratory to finish this mission. Unfortunately Gort decided to put one more challenge. There are opposing factions fighting each other. Just like in Mission 1 - patrollers hearing fighting will attack these fighters. They will attack us only if we are too close to them. Thieves will join battle, but will get destroyed, because Hammerites and Mechanists are indestructible.

    Go right to Hotel. Here is thief archer. He doesn't get close enough to fighters to get killed. You need to sneak left to big street gate and then to code console. Use code from formula and get inside. Be careful of archer. He can spot you. Mission completed.

    FINAL NOTES

    That was really crazy mission. When playing newest patch I don't think disabling alarm in Hammerite Church would be possible. In Mechanist Temple you will need to start from nudging Mechanist and get Matt A. Lique's Office key, then visit his office and grab Church key. Then go to Church the intended way from Bedrooms and go right to Low Gravity Shaft. At the end you will get Mechanist Office key.

    And because you will not manage to get over gates anymore, you will need to get Hammerite Church key from Hotel and Mechanist Card key as quickly as possible while ignoring everything else. And hope that Mechanist from High Gravity room will not get stuck.

    You can't get bag of spices from building next to bar. You can't get necklace from room #5 in Hotel. You can't grab purse from Hammerite near fountain in Hammerite Church. I didn't found the rest of loot.
    SUPREME GHOST: IMPOSSIBLE. Without nudging engineer you can't enter Mechanist Temple. Also most likely you will fail loot objective.

    REBELLION OF THE BUILDER

    MISSION 4 - THE DOOMSDAY PROJECT


    This mission is hell. There is a lot of patrollers and they are fast. They patrol small corridors and there is a lot of loud floor everywhere. Actually 90% of this mission is loud floor. As for equipment - game doesn't give you any stealth equipment, you only have Advanced Lockpick from previous mission. I would really love to have few moss arrows here. Unfortunately this force me in KO-ing certain guards. Also for the first time there is no loot objective.

    START

    You start in very unsafe place. On loud floor with no shadow any close to hide with door behind you that opens towards you, so you can't use it. There is fast Mechanist on the right walking towards you and soon from left will appear another fast Mechanist and engineer. That's a nasty way to start the mission.

    Ignore statuette for now. You don't have time for it. Run to shadow on the left. When you touch shadow - crouch and go along right wall past right corner. There you are safe. Wait for guards to go the other way, open door and go to Low Gravity Shaft. Jump upstairs and open locked door. Sneak to sleeping novice and grab Card Key #1 from table. Return downstairs.

    Now this thing is mysterious for me. During my test run I KO-ed all guards from Entrance Hall and after grabbing key card, game spawned another fast patroller to there. But in this ghost run there is no new patroller being spawn. I wonder what really trigger spawning enemies in this mission.

    Sneak back to dark corner of Entrance Hall. You need to go to Basement on the other side of corridor. First open double door and get outside. Guards don't alert to the outside noise of fighting people. Wait for engineer to go left together with one of fast guards. Hide behind left part of door and wait for second fast guard to go right. Go behind him along right wall. You have barely enough time to get into shadow. Then go to door and open it with Card Key #1. You are safe near this door.

    BASEMENT

    First of all fast woman guard is impossible to ghost. I was forced to KO her (ghost bust #1). Close door behind you and go to stairs. Lean forward and KO her. Drop her body in dark corner below. Don't open next door! If you do that - everyone inside will go into second alert. Wait for patrollers to open this door and don't let them close it.

    Workshop is patrolled by fast guard and super fast guard, there are 2 engineers standing in front of Workshop's table. In my test run I had a super fast patroller stuck on left engineer. If that happen - you will be forced to KO him. Otherwise - wait for patrollers to go to further part of Basement and get inside. Crouch and quickly grab Card Key #2 from left engineer and 2 screwdrivers from Workshop's table. Screwdrivers act as lockpicks, so you have 5 lockpicks in this mission. That's quite annoying.

    Now you need to go to further area. Normally locked door is opened by Basement key from Security Area #2 near shaft, but patrollers open this door. That's solve the mystery that I had during my first run many years ago when I ended with this door open, but I couldn't recreate that in later runs. Also while you can go there without any second alert, you can't ghost your exit. Both engineers will go into hunt mode. That's why I decided to KO both of them (ghost bust #2 and #3). You can also visit storage. You are safe in left corner from stationary priest. Grab all empty crystals and red bottles you can. Then go to Basement door and let patrollers to open it. Leave this door open.

    The next corridor is really straight forward. There is 3 Mechanists and priestess patrolling the path all the way to Security Door #2. It's possible that one of the Mechanists will get stuck on statue. In that case you will be forced to KO him. Otherwise you need to get to first side room. Here turn off the light. Put empty crystals #1 into fire to produce fire arrows and put empty crystals #2 into water to produce water arrows. Go to first dark passage. You are safe in dark corners. Above passageway is lever disabling watcher.

    Go to Security Door #2. Go behind Mechanist going left and lean forward for Card Key #3. Go to door. Now you have 2 more patrollers in the passage to the statues. Leave back to Workshop. New patroller is here. In my case super fast patroller got somehow stuck on right side of table looking right. This makes ghosting this area easier. I went left around table and left Workshop. Go to Entrance Hall.

    THE REST OF THE LAB

    The same story like before. Go first outside and then to dark corner on the other side. Go to shaft and go upstairs. Open locked door with help of screwdrivers. In a little room are 5 fire arrows and secret lever on the right side of machine. Too bad we can only trigger secret, but not get to reward. Go to Security Door #3.

    Inside go behind Metal Helmet guard right, lean forward for Card Key #4 and quickly leave the room. Descend and open Security Door #4. This will spawn another 2 patrollers to Entrance Hall. Go left to double door and slowly go forward. Beware of the change of music - it will freeze game for 1 second, enough time to trip you to make noise and s alert Mechanists inside.

    FINAL BOSS BATTLE

    Close door behind you and sneak left. Cyber Demon will spawn and kill Mechanists. Wait a little for computers to fly into corner behind column nad hide there. You must kill Cyber Demon, but it's impossible to do that in one hit. So he will spot you (ghost bust #4). Lean left and shoot fire arrows into him. When he gets close attack him with a sword while hiding behind column. This works well in first phase, but in second phase he moves faster and he attacks faster. He can still damage himself by his own attacks, by the way. Also if he kill himself, then you failed the mission. You must kill him. Be careful with nitro bottles. They have huge range and can hurt you, so throw them upwards. Good luck. After you kill him go quickly to exit, because after 5-10 seconds 3 more Cyber Demons will spawn. This completes the mission.

    WHAT HAVE I SKIPPED? - SECURITY AREA #2

    This area is interesting. I'm not gonna do it in this run, because I would be forced to add one more ghost bust. I entered it during my first ghost run, but screwed myself on engineers. This is interesting, because this is tightly patrolled area, but it's possible to ghost it. It's located at the top of Low Gravity Shaft.

    Go to fast patroller. He's guarding Security Door #2. Unfortunately this guy must be KO-ed. Just wait for him to turn around and run to him. Quickly KO him before you make too much noise for him to go into second alert. Entering this corridor and KO-ing this guard triggers one more guard being spawn into Entrance Hall. Sneak to door and open it.

    Close door and go in front of it. Open it, go forward and close it. You will block door. Through gap turn of the light. Go inside. Above doorway is lever disabling watcher. Wait for 2 Metal Helmet guards to go right and use stairs. At the top hide in left corner and sneak via left wall to further double door near golden bot. Block closer part of door and open further part. Hide in shadow in doorway.

    Wait for 2 patrollers to go away. You need to wait for both Mechanist guard and engineer to not look in your direction. Then quickly run to right desk for Basement key under it and go back in shadow. Then just go back to exit.

    STATS:
