Oblivion Lost Remake (a bit like Lost Alpha but without the evil corporate wizards)

It claims to be an attempt to remake the fantastically-tempting looking stalker we saw in old the original vids (as did Lost Alpha) but with the advantage that they haven't turned the plot into hoary old bollocks about the masons. Seems interesting. It's only in russian, english translation 'in the works'. Anyone given it a go?

I hadn't heard of this yet. Thanks for the link, Viv. I played the SoC original Oblivion Lost mod & had a blast, so yeah, I'll probably give this one a try (when the English translation becomes available). Never got too far in Lost Alpha because it was so buggy and crashed to desktop every 3-5 minutes for me.

Stalkersoup just looks confusing, it's pretty much everything at once isn't it? And unless they have totally changed the awful plot, I can't play LA. Those cutscenes are an absolute deal-breaker.

No. Stalkersoup is a well expanded SOC story by the former "Narodna Solyanka" and DMX mods. Worth to try it even if it's still in beta stage.
