I have tried to fix some things, hope it works!
You now can use the Blackjack for the wood boards, but you can still take them away
Pirate at the pub gives alert if he sees you.
If Elise stands near the boat, the letter should now be deleted.

need a bit of help i got garry diary,a letter for elsie,already place dan dairy in chest,i got lohan dairy,looks like i got to find a key to that door by the house behind gates? benn everywhere else,i need to find more pages

Stuck again I have made it to the Mayor's house I guess? found a key and went down to basement found some loot but nothing else?????

General info
When you play on Expert, you can't use your Blackjack without consequences. You will meet an enemy if you find Elise. In a chest, there is a surprise.
For thesecret room, read the diary of Lohan, he talks about cooking.

Very nice little mission overall, just finished it with full loot. Reasonable loot placement is always appreciated. :P I'm not a fan of unnecessary KO limits though and thus played it safe by choosing Normal instead of Expert. However, I was pleasantly surprised; enemies were pretty easy to avoid and I hardly felt any need to knock anyone out despite my usual habit of blackjacking everyone from servants to burricks.
There were some issues though.
spoiler:One of the objectives was to not get caught by the pirates. Is the man patrolling in front of the pub a pirate? He sure looks like one, but he ran after me and it didn't count. Also, when I knocked him out, Garrett took the man's sword but wasn't able to use it. Garrett just didn't unsheathe it even if the weapon was selected.
downwinder, You need Logan's diary, a strange letter and Dan's key to throw on the bed in room number 1 of the hotel.
Nice little mission, and the BJ is really not needed...
However: I found Elise, freed her, gave her the letter and followed her to the boat - but the objective "find out where they are hiding Elise" did not checkPlaying on Expert, of course.
