I figured I'd mention this again. Today is the last day you can buy DS: Prepare To Die Edition on Steam.

For those who plan to get the Remastered on the PC and don't have the original PTDE, there's a good reason to pick up the old version on Steam: mods. The game is completely unregulated, so mods (or messing around with Cheat Engine) won't get you banned, and there are many great ones for it including ones that add replay value, for example Prepare To Die Again, which is a Scholar-like lore friendly pack of changes to enemy types and positions, among other things, to keep even veterans on their toes when replaying the game.

It's also at no extra cost, since if you buy PTDE, you get a discount for the Remaster, paying the same as if you just bought the Remaster.
