Maybe I should install some additional scripts?
    The gameplay is ok.
All scripts should be in the zip. Maybe someone else of all the good authors here have an idea. I hope so

    Thank you Brethren.

Thanks. I had missed the readable at the back of the dresser in the room with the scepter.

    Onward!

I’m just starting the 2nd chapter. It’s been fun so fqr, but I was never able to mount the wires between buildings in the first episode. I did find the rope arrow , but I was never able to mount/mantle any roofs beyond just a few feet, if at all. Are the wires supposed to be crossable? Even with that little bit of trouble, I was glad to experience that the AI would ignore me even if I was lit up yellow. That made things easier to sneak around. I’m playing on expert.

It wasn’t until I got to the spooky house that I remembered the first release of this. I remember having all sorts of issues with the undead in the locker when I played this the first time. Even this time I could not escape the room w/o getting at least one hit of damage. Oh well.

I’m looking forward to playing #2 next. I started it last night, but was too tired and blew it right away. Bull in a china shop bounding around does not make one too stealthy. I need to slow down and be more careful. Fun game so far. Very traditional in a good way.

Stuck in mission 1 (playing v1.1): 1-Cematery: how can I open the grave with purple sfx?
2-I`m in the black/wite house, got the 1st diamond and a victrola, the Doll has changed place, but I can`t acces the room with scepter. By the way, I can frob the scepter thought the fake wall, taking damage.

    Great mission...

    Great mission...
Not sure quite where you are.

If you haven't gotten the Mortuos Liber, explore the mansion, then record the Victorla at a certain place while doing a certain thing, then play it at another certain place.

If you do have the Mortuos Liber? If so, go back to the bridge, to send you on to the next part of the mission, then explore the house.

If you've gotten either the help or the thank you messages, follow the advice in those messages.

    I'm stuck in Mission 4.

I've explored the catacombs, I've turned on all the torches (at my own risk)...

... but I haven't figured out how to get to the hideout from the catacombs.

Bjack: In the first part, one of the wires is to be used, to get into the mansion courtyard.
prjames: You have to look for a glyph on a wall.

I finished it. Pretty good. Mission 2 was a bit weird though with how there wasn't much in the way to differentiate the windows you could open/enter from those you couldn't and also the spot in the building where you can use the wirecutters and the crowbar didn't remove the entire fan apparatus so I had to climb on the fence between the two buildings and jump up from there to get to the weaponsmith and armourer shops to wash the guard outfit -- probably not intended.

There is a sleeping guard you can steal it from near the town gates, and you need to get to him via a basement with window you can open and go through in order to avoid guards.

    Thanks.

Now I have another problem. In mission 1, the parchment and quill on the desk can't be frobbed

TheDarkOne93: There is a key to that door, in the room where you jump down to third floor.

Azaran: They will be frobable later. After you've done certain things.

Ok so I used the victrola on the mirror, and got the book. I also got the gem from the roof statue. What else do I need to do?

  19. #94
maga: Search all the apartments. They are not that hard to find.

Azaran: Have you been to the bridge after you got the book. You get more info when you get back to the house.

Fun mission so far!! In Mission 3, I turned on the power, went back upstairs and opened the doors to the main lobby. Now I'm stuck. I have the statue but can't figure out what to do with it. Please spoil me! Thanks.
