Please give clues instead of outright solutions when helping others and use the spoiler tag when you do this.

Remember that this mission, and by extension every mission made for the contest, is for THIEF GOLD. As such, do not load it with Thief 2! It is highly recommended you do not use the Enhancement Pack and/or HD texture packs to play this mission. It is also recommended you uncheck all optional features TFix comes with if you update to the latest version of the full executable.

Started with this mission. A solid beginner FM, very nice. A boxy manor, but easily navigable.

Ah, the picture quiz. Had to pull some levers randomly, and after finding out which three are first, the word came to mind. Ye - it took me three whole levers in order to find out.

    Well done!

Yeah this was fun! Basic, but by no means bad. Short and sweet.

I personally really enjoyed this mission. Short but sweet is a good way to describe it. It was enjoyable in the most part because the base game and mechanics of Thief are enjoyable in the first place, which is the point of this contest, I suppose. Plus, I also enjoyed the references to a fellow user of the site.

simple design, but it just works :3 shows potential.
I also managed to ghost it, guard at the foyer turning around! loved it. i was afraid Ill not be able to get those 2 golden jugs without a blackjack, but yeah, a great little detail

It was alright for a first mission, well done. Short but straight forward, no shenanigans and everything works fine. It reminded me FMs from the early 2000s.

Definitely captures the feel of Thief 1 and early FMs; the architecture and texture usage is very reminiscent of Geller's Pride or Order of The Vine

Right, I just finished this mission. I'll be honest: When I saw the title I thought "yeah ok a joke mission, probably a prank", but I decided to give it a shot anyways. Good thing I did! This mission reminded me of those in early 2000's: It's short, it's simple and good paced. This is clearly a beginner's work, but it's the good kind of those. Congrats to Psych0sis for his first FM and I hope we see more of him in the future.

@Psych0sis, I didn't found any readme file in your FM ZIP. If you wish to have a plot summary briefing in the directory, feel free to contact me here or in person.

    Congrats on your first mission!

Nice little mansion mission. All a bit basic in design and gameplay with only 2 main objectives to complete, neither of which will tax players, but a satisfying nostalgic hour of Thieving all the same. If I had one recommendation it would be that you could have put a lot more guards in the mansion at the higher difficulties and even a no KO objective on expert, which would have given players more of a challenge.

Even so a great first effort Psych0sis, so thank you for your contribution to the contest.

Very pleasant to play mission. I really liked the Dewdrop riddle (of course).

There're angels who playThief and angels who don't ........ both go to heaven ............

    Me too!

Although the manor is not very big, I only looted 4321/5271 on playing hard.

I just finished playing, and it was much better than I was expecting (I was anticipating a one note joke drawn out for a full mission, but there's far more depth than that). I fully agree with what DrK said, if this were lined up with many early FMs, it would not feel out of place. That's especially impressive given the narrow window for build time you had. While I got the lever puzzle in one go, I think that there's not enough information in the mission to naturally lead the player to the combination. The only reason I got it so fast is that I'm generally up to date about the goings-on of this forum, and so instantly recognized that this entire mission is aimed at downwinder and his love of Dewdrop and the Intruder painting. I feel like the joke kind of dates the mission, and so it's not as timeless as it might otherwise be if it were a standalone story that doesn't rely on forum knowledge for enjoyment.
