Odd. That should be a slow moving door, not locked or anything. Wonder if it's a bug.

There is an alternative way in... Go back to the entrance of that area. Turn left straight away and frob around the pillar. Or the one next to it.

I have a question: Is there any difference in plot in this mission after beating Reanimation?

I beat it anyway. My first normal run was a disaster. After Reanimation I started this mission with half money (1800) and decided to play on Expert. And you know what - surprisingly enough the second run was much much much easier. By the way, I had the same problem like downwinder with door after 3 bots. They were unfrobbable. I didn't had the same problem on Normal, so maybe it's not a bug, but a normal thing on Expert to happen.

    From the roof.

There is a lift to the roof top area. Overlooking your initial fight with the converted soldiers. I would first climb that radio tower and activate the switch. This will disrupt a couple of hostiles when an item is stolen.

Then carefully make your way towards the edge and slightly to the left. There is a window that you can smash and enter.

Hmmm... I can't get through the maze.
Are the numbers on the walls trying to give me some kind of direction?
Or am I looking for something specific?

I had huge problem with maze as well even after watching picture from spoiler folder. Normal number means that you need to turn right "x" number of times. In other words number 4 means that you need to turn right 4 times. Mirrored number means that you need to turn left "x" number of times. Upside down number means that you need to go backward (without turning) "x" number of times. Hope that will help you.
