    All I did was attracting it to the roof door which it couldn't pass so I could watch it in bright light and short distance.

    I did nearly the same : I climbed on the kitchen table and threw to him like a thousand skulls with the magic wand. And then he flew away to the exit door but he was stuck by the light.

    If no ai needs to pass through that doorway I would just block pathfinding on the door. Setting flee condition to never doesn't really stop the AI from fleeing.

    Ula must go "through". Not all the way, but still. Did that creature go through the door? I thought that he couldn't. Anyway, we can talk more about it at the test forum.

    My latest save is when I'm with Ula secured after the last discussion, besides the stairs. And I came back (alone) to the pitch black area where the monster is. And his behaviour is normal, he's walking his normal path routine. I approached him and he just massacred me. He's not running away anymore.

    He was "scared and harmless" and trying to go through the door (He never managed to go outside, almost blocking the way because he was running from left to right and right to left very fast in a very little place (the door width). At first, I thought Ula and I won't be able to go through that door but we did) until Ula and Garrett had had the good bye chat, I think.

    Sorry, I've deleted the other saves.

    she didn't when I played last night. Ula was behind me and the cutscene started when I began to enter the doorway.

    Hey Beltzer - thank you for an epic mission .. and I say that having only wandered around the garden itself. I'm yet to enter the castle as I like scoping the premises first

    I am having some tech issues though. I knocked out a wandering guard as he walked across the path in front of the main entrance, opposite where you emerge from the woodland at the very beginning of the game and he just disappeared. I couldn't find him to pick him up and hide him. I tried adjusting the gamma but still couldn't see - or indeed "feel" - where he was.
    After taking a stroll around the back of the estate, when I returned to the same area to see if he'd reappeared I saw that the two men at the front door itself had vanished, though I could hear them talking.
    Also, when I was near the graveyard the ambling archer patrolling that patch kept glitching in and out : one second he was there, the next he was invisible.

    Could anyone suggest how to fix this problem as I need to be able to see the guards to avoid them

    Whatta? Never heard of such a thing. Its difficult to fix such a "bug" if neither i or any of the testers encountered it. Anyone else? Too bad, i hope it solves it for you, so you can play it I'm glad you liked it anyway.

    Look around for an openable door in the kitchen. Then you find the basement.

    Do other objects disappear as well? Does it look like every object goes to pitch black? One more... do you get really bad frame rates at the same time?

    No.
    It's just the guards. Everything else is intact.
    I've had the same thing on four or five other missions too in the last couple of days however, and some of the textures are just plain blue.
    I think I might know what it is : I've got Thief Gold installed and I use !FMSelect to play and I'm pretty sure all the ones that are causing problems are T2 missions.
    It's the first time I've used FMS and I really like how easy it is, so I don't know if there's a workaround.

    This is an awesome fun-filled mission! Great work and thank you! I really enjoyed finding out who the guy is wandering around in the dark at the end. Indeed a fun surprise!!

    The only workaround would be to install T2 since the resources are different between TG and T2. The title of the thread in this case has "T2" in it so that would be tje first indicator that T2 is needed to play this mission.
