I'm not sure what that is.
Seems like that "piece of meat" is an Easter Egg. Just not sure if it's all or could be somehow used somewhere.
To get this item you need:
- Collect all chess pieces.
- Go down to the secret chess room.
- Take a ball from there. It's better first to use this ball as expected here - to open another Easter Egg.
- Go to the toilet, near Dinning Room and drop it into hole.
- Push the button and wait until the item will appear.
Where is the secret chess room?
Hes talking about The secret basketball court opened when you find all chess pieces.
I had no idea about the meat thing. I hope someone knows!
Edit: I got the meat and I will leave it to Tanner or Pukey to spoil this easter egg.

Im in mission 2 i finished all the objectives wheres the exit to finish the mission i'm lost.
