This is really great! Thanks Vortex85 for making these tutorials. Hopefully we will get more new authors with more FMs.

Thanks and glad you enjoyed! I'm not the best at DromEd but it took me way too long to learn to make an FM (my own fault for being lazy about it) so I thought I'd give other aspiring FM authors a shortcut and also a nice reminder to myself of the basics!

My son and I were playing around with Dark Radiant since he has a basic understanding of building coming from Minecraft but I would love to take him even deeper into the world of Dromed, something I sadly never got very far with either. Must run through these with him.

    Nice tutorials!

Is there a tutorial anywhere on custom framed pictures? I tried creating my own years ago but could never get any to work in a mission

If you want to use the stock frames, just rename your image as the corresponding .gif/.pcx and save it in your obj/txt16 folder. The stock paintings use names like paint1 or ripoff1.

This is extremely helpful, thanks for sharing this! I'm already learning how to create my first FM, it takes some skill and patience to learn how to master the basics of level editing. But, so far so good I'm watching the videos step-by-step and DromEd is not too hard to use, just be patient and have fun!

Great job so far, but I'm sure the whole series is just as good. I will eventually get around to watching all of them.. I gave it a thumbs up.

It will go into my list of recommendations for new FM makers to check out. Everyone learns differently, so there will always be a portion of folks who learn by video/example. This will be very helpful to them.
