    Thief 1 Ambient Loops Compilation

I've recently decided to start uploading ambient loop files from Thief: The Dark Project. My goal is to make a playlist compilation of most soulful, moody, or relaxing audio bits from this game. Every video also contains a pre-release screenshot of Thief, some of them going back to 1997. I will upload new videos daily, so you can subscribe if this content interests you. Enjoy.

An hour listening to a bass synth loop playing a single C3 note. Really?

This reminds me of the time when I mashed some of the audio files together to make loops such as the Horn of Quintus (with some ambient noise in the background). I think I had something else too, but can't remember what it was. Not very skillful work, but I was a young lass, it was the 90s and I loved Thief. The game had an audio-based atmosphere unlike anything I had ever come across before and I could've listened to the backround ambience like the music it was.

Also I can't believe my account is still here even though all posts and such have gone.

Ok, some are gone, but some are more "lost" than gone. But there was a whole era that has disappeared, I hear tell. Shame.

Oh that's nice. Some history is better than none at all.

This is my new favourite youtube channel. Putting in a vote for one hour of choirlo.wav, which I would probably actually listen to start to finish.
