silence that monolog spam

no doubt you are far too familiar with seeing your monolog get filled up with pointless spam like this, while you are building, but havent yet got to the task of adding room brushes?

i finally looked into it. if you set QuietSoundRooms 1 in dromed.cfg or user.cfg, it shuts up these messages!

alternatively, you can temporarily turn them back on or off in the console, with set QuietSoundRooms 1 or unset QuietSoundRooms respectively.
