In case you were wondering, you can release the creatures (the girl and the statues) inside the Forbidden Library out to the rest of the map. They aggro with the Keepers. I got like 7 of them to surround the girl-demon only to get demolished by her, I assume she's completely invincible.
This map is a goddamn treat. It is truly wonderful.
Thanks serg_kundel! I usually take a look at bookcases but since she was roaming around close to me I legged outta there as fast as I could.
why does this unarmed keeper scribe have slow reaction times against hume ? is it done on purpose?

I'm in the Forbidden Library and found the Tome. But where is the harp? Found an entrance to a Reliquary but neither the key nor the ring from the Elder worked.
The lock can be picked.

I'm near the Elders' Offices and a conversation seems to broken; half of the audio about missing books is also missing. it is from the guard facing away from the main hall (where I enter), presumably asking questions
Am I going insane, or is there a hidden door underneath the bridge over the cave in the interpreter's tower? I only noticed very briefly, when jumping off to see what was down there, but I can't find any way down there. Is this an easter egg not meant to be accessed, or have I missed omething?
Just jump over the fence to take a closer look.

Use "drop body" trick and you will see what is it.
Actually, I think one of the Melan missions (Disorientation?) had similar location, with secret.

Just finished, 3:20 or so, missing about 500 (satisfied with that). Very well done mission! A couple thing bug me - I can't accept such tall bookcases! And where is the light coming in the keeper compound windows coming from, deep underground! (Maybe they put fake blue lights on the other side of the windows, just to fake outdoor moonlight streaming in, for their own sanity/enjoyment.)
As soon as Hume said not to mess with the girl, LOL, you know what's going to happen next! Quick save, bonk, uh oh it didn't work, YIKES!!!
I really enjoyed all those readables in the compound though. Each one was a little treat for me. I just wanted to move in and read everything in the keeper library!

As Komag said, Hume's comment about the little girl is like having a big red button marked 'Do Not Press'!
I'd like to thank whoever made the heartbeat sound that plays as you're going up in the restricted library - it's VERY spooky!
It'd be funny if that sound wasn't in game and we all just imagined it because of the setting.
Allowing players to knock out the keeper they're supposed to follow without failing the mission was a pleasant surprise; the associated comment from Hume was a nice touch, too.
I made through the restricted library purely by running as fast as I could and back out, then locking the door behind me. At the very top back part of the library is a secret door but as I was running like crazy I couldn't find a way to open it and not sure if it matters. Maybe that's a back way in I missed.
For the life of me I can't find the Harp though. Hint?

There's a pretty big hint on the map, so look at it closely. If you still need the extra hint: Maybe the reliquary? Look for some spiral stairs in the northwest of the map.
Got it. I only went one way on the stairs the first time through.
The one thing I can't find is what opens that secret door at the very top of the restricted library. It's not important as far as I can tell because I made it in and out okay after a couple of tries.
The other thing is the Elder key that I found. I have no idea where to use that unless I used it inadvertently and don't remember where

The thing that opens the secret door at the top of the restricted library with the not-so-cute little girl inside is a book in the shelf to the left of the door, AFAIK. Behind this, you merely find an alternate exit, not much more.
So did anyone manage to find out how to reach the upper parts of the factory where the balcony with the gas crystal and hammerite priest?
