No, I had that Death Staged 12 so it couldn't be beaten down, I just noticed that deathstage had been removed (?). Dromed is WIERD! If I ever do an updated version I'll fix that but its not that big a deal I guess.

Where is the second switch for the metal gate in the sewers? I only found one.
Spoiler:There's a secret door in one of the little rooms off of the sewer. One switch is inside there and there is also a secret door underneath the waterfall that hides a room with a switch.

I have the 3 obel**** (dont remember what theyre called...obelisks?) and am standing in the tomb of the sword guy. I have tried killing the zombies and putting out the fire with holy water and have tried all sorts of other things but cannot get the sword. I think I have been most everywhere, I have 4300 gold and have 6 of 9 of the crystals. I am playing on expert. I read the book in the closet and am still unclear on what to do next. any hints would be great.

Is it right that you only need one Oroborus in "Normal" mode? I found all three, but I used only one.

You don't really NEED the other two. They give you access to some other clues, if you are stuck. You use themSpoiler:on a small secret door that is on the back of a pillar on each side of the throne.

I have been all over the large hall and adjoining rooms and such but can't find the otherSpoiler:and can't find anywhere else to go. I can't find the key to thetwo obelisks?Spoiler:.sewers
demonreaver -Spoiler:You use the oroborus you already have to get into the throne room on the top floor. Then light the fires in the dishes by the throne.
To get into the locked part of the sewers, look for a secret door in one of the little side rooms off of the part of the sewers you CAN get into. There's a lever in there behind a barrel that opens the gate.
Some strange things happened in this mission in Croms throne room. I beat down the door to the throne room (of course, i read the spoiler afterwards). I used fire arrows and a mine to do it. When i got inside, the sword was in the skeletons hand and both dishes were burning - i thought, 'too easy'. Next time i broke the door down, everything was normal and i got all the other two Oruborus', but then I couldnt get the sword. I went in to both studies, and got both scrolls, but im kinda stuck as to how to get the sword. It talks about light and enlightenment, so I droppped the lanter, but nothing happened. Incidentally, where did this lantern come from ? I guess either I had it at the start or i got it from the drunk mechanist. Help please!
It sounds like you've hit some weird bugs! If the sword is there, you should be able to pick it up.Spoiler:Have you used a fire arrow on the skeleton's head yet? That's usually what makes the sword appear.
You start out with the lantern in your inventory, by the way.

But:Spoiler:I'm playing on 'T.Hunter' difficulty, and I've completed all the objectives and I know how to exit the mission, but I am having a very hard time finding Lyla's nine diamonds. I've only found four and I've been playing for hours! Can anybody clue me in?
You should check out schwaa's site, NoCokePepsi. He has posted pictures to give you an approximate idea of where to look for the diamonds without giving it away entirely. If you're still stuck after that, e-mail me and I'll tell you exactly where they are. His site is here

This is a great mission, schwaa. It shows imagination and technical grasp. I've played through three times now. The icicles are a great touch. The map is large and intricate, which can be confusing, but I think this is a mission with high replay value. I have yet to play through sneaker style, but it seems like a good mission for it.

OK -- Yes I need help !! I have frozen my feet,Got moss all over my new KEDS, Killed thousands,Stoled Billions ETC !! ___ BUT can't find a OROBORUS anywhere. I'm playing on normal(old guys have to do that !!) I have enough loot,have found the train but cannot find the sword or gain access to the throne room upstairs. Where did I miss Whatever????
