Enjoyed (so far at least) .. One suggestion if I may be so bold..
    spoiler:
Change the name of the key that opens the sewer gate to 'sewer key' rather than 'server' .. Makes me think I'm going to break into a top secret Government building or some core Internet gateway!

Just a suggestion .. But I'm fairly sure that's what it was meant to be. Brilliant FMs if I may say so.

I found that sticking to the side of the well and drowning impeded my progress

    spoiler:
The sound of marching boots while swimming through the tunnel was amusing too

Great mission again, Christine - in keeping with your previous masterpieces but...*cough*
    spoiler:
    Where is the "sever" key?

Ditto. I've searched high and low. I looked on the cross beams, on all the people and all the local hotels, looked in the river itself. Maybe a bug?

    HELP!

    spoiler:
I also need to know how to get into the Thieves Guild. I cannot figure out how to open the water gate near the beginning of the mission.

Chronus, the way to the thieve's Guild is by water, you must have the sewer Key, it is mispell "server key".

RB7 and Ottensen the server key (sewer key) is in
    spoiler:
Stephan's room under the huge box
you cant see it but just keep frobbing it.

Christine, great mission, I finished both missions, Can't wait for your next one

He he.. yeah, I had a bit of trouble finding the key too at first. I was hopping around those boxes, and then
    spoiler:
found one that was metal .. If you go to the opposite one [doesnt have the box on top] you will find a small lever to the right of it (get on top of it). This will cause the masked box to slide to the right, where you can then get the key
    .. Hope that helps some

    deadman.

EDIT: Anyone else have trouble mantling up out of the first water canal? That thing was giving me hell half the time! I'm thinking perhaps because the upper part of it seems to protrude slightly from the edge (it has a small lip, if that's the correct usage).. Maybe I'm just a horrible mantler!

Another great Fan Mission, Christine! Many thanks!

I love the architecture and the overall look of the village. It's very much the kind of a place that I enjoy taffing around! Very, very good work, indeed!

I'm sure there are reasons for why many of the houses are not accessible, but this is such a great little village/town that you've constructed that it almost cries out for places to rope arrow up to, and more houses that can be entered! It wouldn't matter if they weren't important in terms of the story -- it'd be still so much fun just to see the places. It would really, really top this mission, which already now is a real treat!

I'm almost finished playing it through on Expert -- the only thing I'm missing is the harp! I must be blind or something, but I just haven't been able to find it.

My only suggestion is that you might want to consider making the missions perhaps just a bit harder overall. Give us just that bit of extra challenge! Many guards or other "opponents" in this mission tend to stand with their backs towards the door, making it way too easy to knock them on the noggin Maybe a few guards who can't be knocked out, alternative entrances to well guarded buildings.. I don't think I had any trouble with any of the guards in this mission. You're way too nice giving us taffers so many dark corners to hide in

Please don't get me wrong -- I think that this mission is great as it is, and the whole series has been just fantastic! Your missions are always among those that I await for with the greatest of anticipation, and this one didn't let me down, either! Now, to find that darn harp, and then on to "A Winter's Night". Can't wait!

    And now to the harp:
    spoiler:
go to the house of Lady Irmgard, go up the stairs and go into the room of Sir Andre (the room with the Teddybear). Look at the table for a secret lever, it will make the painting move, behind the painting you will find the harp
    I hope it helpes you

Harder?? It can't get harder with all those marble floors Christine loves so much! If anything I would say that is something I'd suggest to put less in .. Or rather I should go yell at the programmers for making the AI's hearing so sensitive to Garrett walking on it Basically only that and small cities with few inaccessible buildings get to me. But I'm sure in many cases we'd love if builders spent time to make the city more immersive.. So it should be their choice whether or not they let us get in every building. As I think I've said before, I would definitely get Christine (and Bukary!) to design the architecture of my house if I were having one built! It would be so luxurious

Best of wishes Christine and I hope this isn't the last we've seen of you

Thanks Christine for another wonderful and beautiful mission. I also had trouble finding that key and stood right over the lever and still missed it. I hope when you say Winters Night is the last mission you don't mean forever. Just the last of this series. Please say I'm correct!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again.

    @ Hawklette

It is the last mission in my series.
I'm working on the Night Falcon, a German Teamproject, a campain for Thief 2. I don't know how long it will takes until we are ready.... (it will contain 3 or 4 Missions by me)

And I won't make any new fanmission after that......

I played them in the wrong order, as I greatly prefer Winter's Night. Sir Stephan has some nice work, but just doesn't have the same realistic feel that WN did. Ah well, looking forward to the campaign you are working on. I hope you're doing the interiors.

Oh, and the footsteps under water were pretty amusing.

Tonight I finally had time to sit down and play Christine's new missions. I played and finished Sir Stephan now. Very good mission, I liked it a lot and so did my girlfriend. Great job Christine, now I only have Winter Night left, I already begin to miss your missions...

Anyway, great, great job!! Christine, you are a true genius as fas as architecture and decore goes! There were also some new objects and skins, not much really, but nthe lighting and atmosphere was.... mmmm mmmm, what can I say?... Christine's missions are Christine's missions and they are very nice to play.

You didn't place the photo of your kids, but there were other great "rteplacements". Christine's Kinder play room was a pleasant surprised. I went in and I got crazy, I felt like a small kid for a moment, tossing teh balls and teddybears around. Just look what I did

There was also a nice small photo near the safe, the photo of a vampiric lady. And red burricks were sort of nice surprise as well.

OVerall, we enjoyed the mission tremendously! Great job!

    Help, Please

    spoiler:
I have found the Mystic's Soul (the one in the sewers) and now can't find the other stone. I have cleared out everyone everywhere except for the tavern in town. I have been through the Thieves Guild and found nothing except some valuables. Have I overlooked something? I really don't know where else to search. I keep thinking there should be some spiders somewhere, or maybe something worse, because of the hints in the journals about Stefan's "darlings." But I haven't stumbled across them yet.
Any help would be most appreciated, as always. Christine, I love your missions, just in case I haven't said that enough.

In the Thieves area, did you find Sir Stefan in his rooms? In that same room there's a fireplace with a couple of gold skulls on the front. Try frobbing them.

Apparently I'm not where I thought I was.
    spoiler:
I thought I was in the Thieves Guild but I don't know where I am. There were lots of thieves around but I haven't seen a room with Sir Stefan in it nor have I seen a room with a fireplace and two golden skulls. Maybe I AM in the Thieves Guild but haven't found his room yet. I am in the building accessible through the sewer with two floors. I saw a woman but haven't seen a man anywhere, except for the thieves who are all knocked out.
I hate to appear so dense but maybe I haven't found a secret or something. I would appreciate another nudge in the right direction. Once on the right path, I now know what to look for, thanks to both of you.

It sounds like you are in the thieves guild.
    spoiler:
did you go up the stairs in the house, which you reach through the sewer? When you go out of the water, go through the door. on the left is the door to the kitchen, right are the sleeping rooms of the thieves and servenats. Straigh away are the stairs, go up and through the door...
    I hope it helpes you

Thank you, Christine. I had indeed been in that room but just overlooked the

    skulls.
I don't know why. You know how sometimes you can look right at something and just miss it? Anyway, I'm on the right path now and should finish without incident. Thank you again for your help. I greatly appreciate it.

Christine - hehe, yea. My girlfriend got angry at my for making such a mess in such a cute childrens room, but I just couldn't resist.

StartCStar - Did you enjoy those
    spoiler:
    cute red burricks?
I must admit I "felt" it was the end, so I just ghosted through, picked the gem and got out, leaving the poor beasts behind.

Yes, Christine, great mission, indeed. I can tell you that clearly your missions get better. And I wonder how it is possible to improve something which already is superb!
