C5, Bafford's Bone Collection- stuck beyond belief...

Okay, so I'm playing through the C5 missions- already played through "At the Royal Rumble Show" (not much to do thief-wise, but awesome monsters) and "The Adventure of Burrick Boy" (best.....title.....ever.), but now this mission "Bafford's Bone Collection" has me stumped. I've been all over this mansion and I haven't meant my loot requirement yet OR found a single piece of the golden skeleton. Some spoilers to help me get back on the right track would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

BTW, Komag, you are the greatest man, as are all of the FM authors that participated in this contest. Really awsome idea, and the FMs are top notch. It's great to have an onslaught of great new missions after the big drop in FM releases recently.

I managed to find one of the five bones...

    spoiler:
Look up at the ceiling high above the main staircase.

Other than that, I'm completely stuck in this one, too.

I'm in the same situation as Yandros. If I find any more, I'll report back!

Looks like we're all pretty much in the same boat. Before I read any of these replies I also was able to find-
    spoiler:
-the one above the main staircase

-and now I'm completely clueless again . Maybe I'll move on to some of the other FMs and come back to this one later. (I hate doing that though )

Here are some pretty explicit directions to all the bones. If you want to find them yourself, then keep looking, and don't forget about those rope arrows of yours . . . If you are really stuck, look in the spoiler box and stop pulling out your hair

    spoiler:
    Golden Bone Locations:

Left Leg: A trap door in the center of the square-within-a-square patterned ceiling, above the main staircase leads to a short secret passage - bone is on the ground in here

Right Arm and Skull: Go out on the second floor terrace/balcony, look for banners on the outside of the house, up high. On the north side of the house, behind the banner you can find theses bones

Right Leg and Left Arm: On the south side, near the terrace with the two archers, you will find another banner, behind this one are two more bones

Note - Rope arrows are very important, even critical on this level, so keep track of them. Lots of climbing and jumping required. You don't have to slash the banners to get the bones, but you can if you want to, by getting on the roof and crouching forwards.

    Hard to Find Loot:

Check the balconies across from the archers' terrace. Some loot and a gas arrow
Also, look for a flute near the foot of the bed and two purses under the bedside table

    Happy Taffing!

Pretty good for a first effort. I had no trouble finding all the bones, but relied on kfort's hint to complete the loot goal.

Goodness! Has it really been six years?

Well...as the old saying goes...Time flies when you don't know what you're doing.

If you liked BBC you might want to try "Unnecessary Risk." I took the BBC map and expanded it into a more proper mission.

Kewl beans! It's always nice to get a reaction from authors to feedback to their missions. I think I will play Unnecessary Risk this weekend.
