Yes, I did it, but I used a number of brushes from other people. Thanks for the appreciation, though.

    Better than the original what?

    Lovely style, Herr_Garrett

However, woodsie magic will not be tolerated here. All hail Karras!

Haha, when you look at him closely he could be just as easy a teenager there! But mom, Vicky is bullying me again! One day I will have many servants to bully HER! Hmmm....Servants....

Well, it's mean to be silhouette art, so you'll get quite some black... Anyway, this is an abandoned Hammerite building, with the sanctuary lamp somehow still going. Its graveyard is overgrown with diverse plants. You can see Garrett and two Keepers watching the emanation of magic from one of the graves - if you look closely, you can see the dead rising. Oh yes, there's the moon shining through the trees and the sky is overcast - an abysmal gale (forgive the pun) is brewing.

@ Redface: a Mechanist-themed piece is coming up I've finally found some good pictures of cogs to turn them into brushes
By the way, your artwork is awesome! Do you work with a tablet or with a mouse?

Sorry but this one is too black for me, the bigger part of the draw are not visible. Maybe the next time try to put a bit of light more.

Wow, that's really neat, I like the stark contrasts in this.

(The only thing I would pick at is that the moon and the detail of the foliage on the far left distract from the center a little.)

And you do these with a mouse?

Yes, with a mouse but not as you may think I draw sketches and then scan them and turn them into brushes, or take photos and turn the different shapes into brushes. It's tough work even like that, but much easier, I assure you, than actually trying to draw with an effing mouse.

HELP! I need a good shot (with full shape) of a Mechanist mace. A shot of Karras from profile would be nice, too.

Karras showing off to some new Mechs. Not my best piece, but I hope you'll like it.
I had a hell of a time with the engines...
Used some brushes by other people, I think I should add. Some of the gears, the lamp on the right, and the wrought iron wha'ddayacallems.

    +1 for relatively-reasonable Thief fashion.

The Karras picture looks nice also, Mr Garrett, especially the furnace light.

And this time this isn't too black!!

Very compliments. How did you get to realize them so fast?

Who is the second one? That one inclined. It seems to me Viktoria

    Thanks, but I think not
Well, I usually have a general concept, and I make it up as I go along. The two other people - a man and a woman, well spot on - are just random somebodies. I gave the guy a spade - he might be a furnace worker, or a smith. No idea about the woman though, she just seemed right.

I love people quoting posts with pictures right above their own. And even more with double-posting this way.
