And, for those that weren't already aware, I released a multiplayer edition of this FM some time ago.
    (Had permission from Yandros)

In the chimney in the kitchen. Don't worry, the fire won't hurt you.

So Yandros, are you planning "A Thief's Holiday Gold Edition?"

More likely it would be "A Thief's Holiday 2010" and it would be in a new location.

Yes please, sir! I usually replay ATH2004 around this time of year, making it a bit of a Christmas tradition. Somehow, I forget all the hiding spots.

The house is a fun place with good atmosphere, but I think Garrett would not likely stay in the same place too long.

Finished (yesyterday morning)! And what I can say... WOW!!
Thank you, Yandros, for having created it. This mission has an unique ambientation, so beatiful, so sweet. I've made seen it to my mother too, and she liked the snow, all that marvellous internals, and that beautiful music "let it snow, let it snow".

Friends, the first mission with no violence at all (even if I reached to break my bones falling from some height ). It's good to see something different and original. Plus this calm and soft place made me feel better; it's something that warms you inside. I swear, I was impatient to see who the guests was! hehe.
Sure, you have a big fancy, Yandros. And you have to thank the Thief Wikia site, because it has made you advertising ,placing stuck your mission right in first page.

At the first I was attracted by this beautiful article, and that beautiful too xmas tree, well made, with all that coloured lights, so I decided to try this mission. Nothing better I could chose! More missions like this!

A suggestion for all the users: play this great mission now, because it's the right moment to do it!

    You're not the only one.

Wow that's neat! (that ATH2004 was talked about in the wiki like that)

Nice FM there Yandros. I did like the immersive ambience, like most of your FM I've played.

It's really hard to find all the small thingies in expert mode. But hey, it's the challenge !

    Not bad...not bad at all...

It's a good thing you included that 'cheat sheet' in that ZIP file, otherwise I probably NEVER would have finished the mission even if I played for a whole straight year.

Fun little map for the holidays. Being able to play music in the background was somewhat nice as well. If you do plan on making another winter map, maybe you could make a prequel, where Garret breaks into a store to stock up on supplies before the winter holidays. If you do make it, don't hesitate to add multiple ways on, put a few guards in the store as well and add a few 'surprises' for the player. It'll turn out to be real nice...

Glad you liked it, although I will never have time to update it, let alone make a prequel. And by the way, Garrett has two t's, not one... which means, I suppose, that your user name should have been tterragsieH.

Have I ever mentioned that this is my favorite mission?

Well, time to play this one again, tafferboys!

I was JUST thinking of playing this again myself. A Thief's Holiday has become a yearly ritual.

Yep. I'm gonna play it this December as well.

I feel like there really should be a sequel to this one.
Ah well, at least there are some other snowy missions on the net.
