    Simple Enough

Nice Christmas eve surprise on thiefmissions!

    Love the
    spoiler:
Burrick joke book in the library

Problem is, once I'm inside the mansion the game crashes back to the desktop after a couple of minutes of gameplay. I'm all patched up (thief 2 wise) and even Ive re-applied Telliameds own scripts but to no avail. Anyone else have this problem?

Actually, that fits with my situation too... If we are talking about the book that opens and reveals a key after reading it. It also adds a new objective...

Good idea. Unfortunately, mines an Nvidia geforce2 card (which has always worked fine for me).

    Hi,
I'm not able to play this as well. When I select "play" from the DL screen, I start at the last orig T2 mission I played. Only way to play this mission for me was thru dromed. When I'm close to entering the

office with the fancy "key" book and cdt after I'd read and picked up the key.

Another time it cdt was when I'd

What I've seen of the mission it's really nice. Liked those

    gutter down spouts
    . These cdt's happen with DL4.1 and 4.02.
It seems to be a great mansion mission with many nooks to explore, nice room designs and conversations. Thankyou very much for this fine mission.

    My pc: win98se, amd 1.44mhz, voodoo v5-5500pci with Amigamerlin drivers, dx8.1, 512mb pc133 sdram

    Juvat, find darkloader.ini and:
    [simpleenough.7100455]
    type=2
    and change type=2 into type=0
I'm not sure but it sometimes works.

Just examine the floor VERY thoroughly.

    More detailed spoiler:

Concentrate your search left from bed.

    Hard spoiler:
    spoiler:
The switch is very hard to see and its not one of the usual Thief-switches! Its directly in front of one of the supporting beams. You'll have to crouch to make it frobbable!

If you still can't find it, give some feed back

I have all objectives except for locating the wine done. I even went into the attic and using the hint above, there is no frobble switch or anything on the left of the bed in front of the beam. Can someone tell me where the wine is? I have enjoyed the level so far. I like the extra touches, like the books in the library and the book that opens after you read it. Thanks so much for any help!

    The switch
    spoiler:
is part of the floor .
I'm assuming the wine cache is hidden in with the regular wine in the basement behind another taffin' switch . By the way , thanks for the mission Talliamed . As almost all the movies released this year suck big time , your mission is providing some badly needed holiday relief .
