    There's a
    spoiler:
second section of attic. Check the wall above the chest.

    Not a big deal, but...

I haven't played this one yet, but I can offer a friendly suggestion to the author... run the readme through a spellchecker before releasing. I almost can't understand the briefing because of all the typos... although, if English isn't your native language, then it's understandable.

I tried to translate the briefing:

    spoiler:

Basso said that St. Johnny has a lot of money, but the
locks are unpickable, so I need a key. He also said
that there is a key that a fellow thief named Dan has.
I need to get the key from him. He and all of the city
know your reputaion so he will probably give you the key.
(hard) They also have the lock picks so grab
them. They probably are with the same as your ?pare
alot?. (expert) He broke into a mech house and grabbed
a statue, so grab it from him.
I Will make another one Called Blockout.
This is my first Thief FM one out of many to come.

I hate to complain, because I'm always gratefull when a new mission comes out, but this mission is too dark.

How do you get in the attic? We get stuck trying to get through the attic trap door. Is there another way in?

Itīs very difficult to climb up there. I used crates and it took me maybe 5 minutes of mantling and jumping to enter the attic.

    SCARY - SCARY - SCARY !!!!

Great small mission. I love small missions - I can finish it after awakening and before leaving to office in the morning...

Dark mansion - awesame idea - first mission with serious use for flares ever ...

I had to boost the ambient in Dromed and relight the mission to see anything...

Why? It is a lot of flares there. And the awesame feeling - absolut dark and only sound of zombie and ghost...

attic - You have rope arrows. The opening is a bit small so you have to make sure you get the arrow in the right place and you might have to wiggle a bit on the rope to get up but you can.

Having watched Ju-On and The Grudge recently, I was very reluctant to poke my head through that attic trapdoor into the darkness beyond ....

FYI: There is a missing carry pic for the AI with the green and blue outfit who is laying dead on the floor in one room. This causes a crash to desktop if you pick up and try to drop the corpse. So, don't.

Sorry about that. I knew I forgot something. The attic door is too small and yes my spelling is horrible. But at least I finally got a spellchecker and found the carry pic.

Keep in mind that there are plenty of people here who will gladly go through your mission and find these kinds of problems before you release it to the public.

No worries, though; you can fix any problems and send me an updated version whenever you like.

Yes, Im planing on doing that tomorrow or today. I dont know.

Finished, but messy. No damage taken or given... but I had to smash windows all over the place just to get from room to room. Is there a more elegant, ghostly way to beat this FM?

The final flaming skelly was pretty cool; I ended up with 1915 out of 2057; too dark to go scrabbling around for the final 7% of the loot.

What's all this about eight (!) pickpockets? I got one -- the zombie in the garage -- where were the others? There were several doors I never found keys to open (and which were unpickable), but I don't know whether I got into those rooms via the windows. It would be interesting to play a fully-lit version of this mission, just to see what it actually looks like.

(Did the thief break in as I did and run into a ghost? I heard the death-wail of a ghost, but I found the dead body of a thief. What happened?)

And what crate is discussed above? I don't remember meeting up with a scary box.

Fun but fast. Anybody about to release any long, solid missions in the next couple of weeks?
