If I had a penny for every time I've had to ask for help, I'd be a VERY rich woman by now. LOL! Thanks, Kaleid. I've got the key and the weapons now but the objective to find new equipment didn't check off. Is there other equipment to find somewhere before this will complete? Playing on Normal this time through, by the way.
The objective checked off for me once I picked up all the arrows. Perhaps you missed a few?
Nope. I'm pretty sure I've got them all. I'll restart on Expert and see if it works next time. Thanks again for the help.

Thanks bss, now for the fun part, seeing what to do with it.
I tried on Expert and I still can't get the objective to get new equipment to check off. Oh, well. Now I'm at the same place as BackStabSmiley. I'm wondering if this is where the mission ends if all of the objectives are ticked off?
Same over here. Playing on expert and the new equipment objective didn't tick off. On the other hand, Garrett Jr's sword is supposed to be broken and there's not one in the armoury so perhaps we need to find one in order to satisfy the objective? I'm on the same place as well btw (locked door with diving helmets)
EDIT: Looks like this room might be the end of the mission after all. Use a mine or two on the door, there's nothing behind it.

I just finished and all objectives checked off. That door is the end of the mission and no you can't open it.

Maloo, did you find any other equipment that I didn't? I gotspoiler:all the stuff out of the armory, including the moss arrows hanging from the rafters, a healing potion, 2 holy waters and a breath potion in other buildings in the second section of town.

I got all the stuff from the armory, and that checked off the equipment objective. I found the other stuff in the second part of town then down the well. When I surfaced it ended the mission.
