    Sinful Opportunities May 12/05

Her it is. A new Fan Mission by me.

    ‘Sinful opportunities.’

It’s a semi sequel to ‘Ack, there is a zombie in the basement.’ That mission file is updated as well removing some bugs and adding some cosmetic changes.
‘Ack, there is a zombie in the basement.’ V1.1

    Have fun.

Camus- if there are any flares in the mission, toss a couple at it until it hits it just right.

    Thanks Polygon! Just downloaded...

    Camus:

    spoiler:
You will find a fire crystal sprouting near the hearth by the inn's front desk.

As far as I'm concerned, Polygon, you win the beauty contest by a long, long way; there is no competition against you, in my opinion. The brush detail in this mission is mind-boggling.

Just wait till we finish DCE... two entire large missions, mostly brushed by Poly, and maybe the intro mission too.

Marvelous! That's real beauty. But there is one thing, that puzzles me:
    spoiler:
Who are the 2 guests in room 1? Garrett said, he'd know them. What's their secret?
Besides that, it's wonderful, the idea with the chair was pretty good. The only thing, that disappointed me, is, that I thought Satan would already wait for me, when I returned to my room, but he wasn't there. Could it be added in a later version?

Just play ‘Ack! There is a zombie in the basement’ and you’ll get the room 1 joke.

Very nice indeed. I had a good ghost going (expert) but then got busted...but all was well because
    spoiler:
I tailed it outta the "loot" room very quickly...by the time the guard got to the basement he only found the other thief and finished him off....meanwhile I backtracked and grabbed the last half of the booty and was gone ASAP. So it was a bust but in a good way!

Actually Sly, that shouldn't have been your only bust. I don't think the mission is truly ghostable because you have to blow up the wall, and the thief always hears it. Has anyone managed to do that without alerting him?

Yeah in the true sense...but since it's forced.

    Is there any way

@john: No. You get massive hipoly blackout out there anyway due to all the detail.

This is true. I know because
    spoiler:
I used a crate and a little patience to get over the balcony.
Sorry, Polygon, but it was just toooooo tempting

Great mission BTW. As well as a great ghosting session (almost) it had all the hallmarks of a small mission that didnt feel small.
